this app and product were a serious let down. I spent a few extra bucks than I normally would to get something to help me relax and it's done nothing but aggravate the heck out of me. why sell a product that isn't compatible with anything?

Connection Issue

never use the product of this company. they don't have any authorised service station in india plus they don't even exchange the damage product in warranty. you will feel helpless if you buy Skullcandy.

Won’t let me set up personal sound
I keep trying to set up my Personal sound, when it takes me to do the sound test, it bugs and freezes after the first test. Then, I get an error message saying there was an interruption during the hearing test. Please fix this.

Somehow the barrel is not “available” for using the app! Total joke! One of your biggest products can't be accessed by app.

The app does detect my Crusher Evo but DOES NOT CONNECT THEM TO THE APP! he tells me that he could not connect them I HAVE ALREADY DONE EVERYTHING AND THE APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK!!
