Have noticed how many times I am having to go through chat to get my bets settled especially on accumulators. Spoken on chat stating this unacceptable. They immediately settle my bet but then disconnect chat so I can't ask why this is happening. Since last update facial ID takes me into the App but doesn't log me in I always have to input my pin. What's the point in facial ID?? With these issues and BOG disappearing seriously considering closing my account and going elsewhere.

Why do I not get the option to log in with my Face ID, extremely frustrating. Super 6 allows Face ID so why not Sky Bet?

The last 6-12 months has been quite a poor experience using this app. In-play notifications are extremely unreliable and I have to get notifications for goals etc from a different app which is not ideal when monitoring football accumulators! It seems you can no longer select “favourite” markets to bet on within a football fixture (highlighted by a yellow star next to each market) e.g. to select 1st team to score as a fav for quick access. Since the last update Face-ID no longer works and I have to keep entering my passcode almost every time I use. I don't know if any of these issues are specific to iPhone 16 pro, but fixes for these issues would be extremely useful as I am currently favouring another netting companies app. Thanks

Had a display error my bets were double than what I placed… wouldn't recommend, team didn't help or resolv my issue just brushed it under carpet , very fraudulent taking more money than I placed , people may think ima a sore loser but it wasn't that much of a loss just big confusion to how I wanted to bet an amount and it doubled that amount and both amounts were visible on screen but it still took the larger amount , support team didn't care or listen or understands what I ment , had to show them and did but my issue was not resolved … worst app going

Constantly logging me out all the time!

One thing that drives me crazy is why do you randomly have days where international horse racing has place betting and extra options and then some days where you don't offer this? It is enough for me to go to one of your competitors.

I won by playing idda. When I wanted to withdraw the money, they suspended my account on the basis of authentication despite signing up before. I'm still waiting despite sending all the necessary documents
