app has been poor for weeks, was fine but been unable to access sky rewards for couple months just does not appear in app.

Was a customer for 16 yrs, got my fiber internet & most TV packages from Sky. Then they put my bill up to £183 a month! I complained & best they could do was reduced it by £25 a month lmao! I also looked to switch, as the fiber broadband was running at 50% of 1gb they promised & disconnected up to 10 times a day. After I left Sky I started getting calls from overseas numbers, I looked numbers up online & they are scammers, who claim to be Sky..but know I've left Sky...whose selling my info!!!!

It's impossible to cancel anything however if you want to upgrade anything it can be done in two minutes. Strange that

Rubbish I have installed and uninstalled, changed passwords and it still will not let me use this app I give up trying.

I keep being told I need to set up my account (which I already have) - but I go through the steps, one by one, allllll the way to the end where I'm invariably told: something has gone wrong. Try again later. Hardly the stuff to instill confidence in a company you've just committed to paying £30 a month to for 2 years, is it? Not impressed.

this is an awful app. it is so glitchy often just freezes or signs you out you often cant view bills or your products. it doesnt even show you your basket if you are trying to order something. the sky help is an utter joke
