I never had any issues, until I phoned to cancel my broadband. A message saying you are not authorised to use the sky app. I've phoned sky, but nobody could help with my issues .

I am not happy as I cannot rollover data from my piggy bank cos its telling me that "your device is not compatible with this version" ! Ridiculous 😠

The demise of sky
Sky app is not working for me once again. When I try to view products, it says my services are being restricted (they aren't). This is a recurring problem. The demise of sky continues with customers paying more for less

Absolutely terrible app.everytime I got to either try to look at an upgrade for something I get this message unfortunately we can't process your request online right now.please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account .and if I actually get pas that message I get this message Technical error it's not you it's us try refreshing the page or use the link below to start again.

On using the my sky app for around 20 minutes, to check my account and after I closed the app I checked with my internet browsers spyware protection and to my horror it appears that using the app for 20 mins had triggered the need to block 1038 tracking attempts !!! What the hell is that for ? Why do they sky ( and it's partners ) need to spy like this ? How much other info have they STOLEN from me ? Do they make money from this ? Even when not using the app it still sends data so goodbye sky

I find it almost impossible to engage with Sky about reducing the amount I am paying (or ceasing my Sky altogether). They just want to increase my bill and/or sell me additional packages.
