Why the hell do I have download an app just to edit my router settings. All I wanted to do was change the SSID and password but having to download this app and immediately getting blasted with advertisements made it makes my first experience with sky not one that I'll be something that I'll want to repeat. At least make it optional.

App will not pair your card
As usual with SKY any excuse to make you telephone their “Experts” AT EXTORTIONATE RATES. I can no longer pair my viewing card through this awful App. As someone who works away for months sometimes! the Sky box loses its memory.. Now I have to ring your experts to pair the viewing card which should take two minutes but actually takes them 30 minutes costing me €14 of which Sky gets most.. The usual rip off.. GOOD BYE SKY IM GOING YOU ARE SO DISHONEST

What's the point of an app to manage your subscription if it only lets you upgrade and not downgrade. I only wanted to stop Sky Cinema but that's not possible! Decided to use the text chat function, after bit responses I finally got a human who asked why I was downgrading. Explained it was to cut costs and after 3 times of asking all I'd been offered was trying to get me to switch broadband & mobiles to Sky! I just want to remove Sky Cinema!! Help!
