Absolute terrible customer service, only answer the phone when you are buying. Any problems you get no help at all. You speak to a computer that gives you nothing😔would not recommend this anyone

Updated: after couple of further un-installs and multiple restarts of my android mobile, the app is now working... Changing the review stars from 2 to 3. Still need to test the functionalities.... will re-review later. +----------------------------+ Used to work nicely, not after moving to Sky Max Hub and extender, I'm unable to even login to the app. Even uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but no joy. Sky, kindly resolve the issue, as I am unable to configure the extender.

I dislike Sky' packages that have this ludicrous system of having to obtain saved data. If I have a package that is saving data why do I have to apply for something I have paid for, it should just roll over month by month. I have paid for it. No other service company operarates this stupid system. My electric bill is not sold like this. If I do not use enough data I should be paying less not having data that I have paid for being dumped into a stupid bank. Brian Beech

Service checker has not worked for over 3 months ,apps up to date , rubbish! It's the only way to tell what your full speed is ,pay a fortune and can't even check!

Useless app
Can't use this app to upgrade or make changes to my package, can't view my current contract without downloading and saving to files. Told I have loyalty rewards but no simple way of understanding them. What is the point of this app??

I don't understand why on the app it says signature is £26 pm yet when I ring to renew it Cust service tells me it's £36, and if the programmes on gold and a couple of other channels are from BBC which I pay for with my licence why are these not free, covered by my licence
