Terrible experience with sky!!!! They gave me a recycled phone number and I keep getting spammed by random people and loan companies since recieving this SIM card, I attempted to have it replaced only for sky to claim they haven't actioned this at all. I am still waiting for the replacement sim and I don't think I will get it I will just have to put up with being tied into a contract and continue to receive these nuisance calls. I will DEFINITELY NOT be renewing any contracts tacts with sky!

Trying to get Sky broadband since couple of weeks. Everytime it gives a technical issue message, after the payment screen. Tried with 2 different banks and cards. No luck.

Whatever I try to do on the app it crashes. Tried to reinstall it but still didn't work. Can't upgrade my phone. Have to do it over the phone.

This app proves how little security and privacy Sky provides. Router controls and all connected device info are sent to Sky servers and only locked behind your Sky account, which Sky does not provide 2fa for.
