Horrible Customer Service
Horrible Service if your id doesn't work on the app they straight up make you contact support. I did everything on my ID correctly. The front the back and my selfie which was on great lighting mind you. Anyways when I contacted support they said to finalize this request can you submit another?? I was like what what's the point you have everything there. When I refused they kept requesting and at this point I was furious so I said “horrible service” then I get my account banned?? They can't take criticism whatsoever. If you wanna have a good sportsbook that doesn't do this just go to “Fliff” “PrizePicks” or even “underdog.” This app really could've gotten a good review but your guys support system is so buns.

The user interface is awful and withdrawals take forever. Use a different app. Their customer service has been very unhelpful as well.

It won't let me log in I have money on the app and every time I try logging in it sends the code to my old number . The customer service team doesn't respond I have $50 on my account and can't access my funds

Don't waste your time messaging on the app if you're using on a laptop or desktop
Messaging is frustrating because if you try to type out any word that is longer than a few letters it'll guess what it is and once it does that there is nothing you can do to finish the word it will just delete. I've tried hitting 'tab', the spacebar, the return button, everything.

While this app is unfortunately the best fantasy football app (especially for dynasty leagues) and has a lot of features, recent updates have made the app almost unusable on Android with all the UI bugs. Tapping on buttons sometimes doesn't do anything until you hit other buttons. Trying to open player pages works maybe a fifth of the time. It's disheartening to see how far the app has fallen in recent years from them focusing on sports betting BS instead of maintaining the quality of the app.

They're trying too hard to make this more of a social media type of betting app, which nobody wants. The comment sections are garbage, and the emojis are just annoying and get in the way of what we all use this app for - betting. You guys made the app look way too busy with this recent update. Keep up the great work with providing easy to see stats from previous games for each projection, but get rid of those comment sections and emoji garbage. More promos would also be great
