Slow, renders bed useless
I haven't been able to adjust my bed in 2 weeks. Hoped the update would fix it. Wrong. Glorified air mattress with a bad app that makes half the features of the bed unusable.

App is not working right. Can't log in properly, I can only use the basic mode. The basic mode is fine for adjustments, but we bought a bed with all the bell and whistles, so it would be nice to have a way to use them. I have made the perfunctory troubleshooting steps with the app, but it still doesn't work. Any idea when app will be updated? I see where people are being told to make sure they are using the 2/19/25 update, but the latest update for Android is 2/12/25.

In the last year, the app has gotten progressively worse. Glitch, won't load or allow you to adjust the bed. I'm wishing we would have bought hand held remotes.

App keeps giving warnings “oops something went wrong”
Every screen. Every time. Just keeps throwing the warning. Won't let me connect my apps. Hopefully there is an update soon.

Dealing with bedbugs in the mattress
I was experiencing problems with in the first week of having my bed. The first problem was it was not realizing I was asleep, the second problem was the bed wasn't registering properly my heart rate and pulse, the third problem was when I was out of the bed, it was showing on the application that I was still in bed and asleep. I was being told to unplug the bed and wait a minute than plug it back in. That didn't work. Than a few months (3), I noticed something crawling on the bed. Got a hold of the bug and it was a bedbug. I got an exterminator and he sprayed the mattress and inside the mattress to see if that would get rid of the problem. It did. The bed started to function properly. I kept telling sleep number that there had to be something interfering with the sensors in the mattress in order for it to give false information. I was told time and time again, that wasn't true. But, it was interesting after the mattress was sprayed on the inside and outside the bad information was happening. I finally threw the bed away because the bedbugs reappeared. I actually seen one crawl out from one of the areas that the mattress connected to the frame.

Sleep time
My sleep time is off by approximate 2 hours. I cannot access or login to my app. In my opinion this is a serious problem that I've been dealing with for several weeks. What are you going to fix this problem??
