I don't recommend anyone to get the [phone] bed it is so uncomfortable. tried getting the company to work with us but I got the vib it was all about the money and not how good I slept. couldn't afford any other one, knowing this bed put me back $2236.66 you would think they would work with you?!! so if you don't have five thousand or more for something else they have. I spent my savings to give myself a good night sleep. I thought that's what their all about. Well guess not. 🙄

Sleep number matters
I can't believe I wasted my money on that stupid mattress back in 2020, and now I have to fork out even more for a new pump. I've been losing sleep for 3 days trying to troubleshoot the pump, and now they want $300 for a replacement! And on top of that, I already wasted $3500 on the mattress. This is ridiculous!

App will no longer connect the box to wifi saying it's wrong password (confident password is correct). Chat troubleshooting unable to support.

Never Work
I never connect my bed to wifi. App is not working. I am using just bluetooth connection. Sometimes connecting sometimes not connecting. When I try to set up my bed I have to try connect 10 times.

Love that it shows my sleep score at night. I can also change my bed settings. It can be confusing to get around in though.
