Sleep Number App Review
The app is great but I would like to be able to adjust nights when out of town so they are not included in my averages. It would also be great if it offered suggestions to changes in the sleep number that may help get better sleep based on the previous nights sleep or the history, especially for new buyers.

TOGGLE FOR BLUE TOOTH MISSING
Just bought a 14k BED and I can't operate it because the app doesn't have the blue tooth toggle button. It is completely missing ! My phone is an Apple phone with the latest update of 18.4 and it's still not there ! I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app , updated the app and even did a reset on my phone ! Partner's iPhone running the same IOS of 18.4 has the toggle for blue tooth and can operate the bed ! If this isn't fixed - I'm returning this 14k BED!!!!!! I just had it delivered Friday so I have had it 3 days band can't operate it unless my partner is here with her phone ! FIX THIS ISSUE OR LOSE THIS SALE !!!! I'm so disgusted with sleep number !!! I don't know if fix is an Apple issue or a sleep number issue but it better be fixed or I will return this bed and buy another brand that actually works !! In addition their customer service support is the worst !! I'm. SO REGRETTING THIS PURCHASE SO IT WILL BE AN EASY DECISION TO RETURN THIS INOPERABLE $14K BED !

Return the bed
This bed is where your sleep will die, your sex life will die, and possibly a loved one. The beds are poorly made and the app rarely functions. Get a normal mattress as these only last about 2 years before they dissolve into hollow bags with no support. A straw mattress would be better investment. Do not keep this bed, it will let you down. Will be burning this piece of trash the moment the new one gets here. Save yourself a lot of trouble and regret. Send it back

Over charge
Was not told I had to pay a promotion fee. Seems like they state you get a discount. But when I decided on a purchase then all of a sudden the charges started to be added on. Now i find out there is a promotion fee added on after all is done.
