The home manager app is useful
The application features do work reliably to help get insight to how well the system is operating. Useful tools identify were some problems my be. Also access to the account on the web site. The live chat feature has been helpful for simple problems.

Complete garbage
This app is turn to trash needs some updating and better functionality. Hire some American IT people to fix this. Contract out and get trash

I'm confused on why it can't let someone make an account? I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my wifi and I never knew there was an app to help. I tried to scan the QR code and it says something wrong, okay I try the serial number, it tells me to long in when I've never had an account. I understand if someone in my family already made one, but there's multiple people to live in a house and need access to the internet. So why can't I make an account?

App doesn't work. If I try to make any change it says Hmm that didn't work. Also, couldn't unpause a device without deleting the entire profile

The app won't let me connect to my att account even though the password is identical to the one on the att app. Very poor experience

Terrible Functionality
I hoped to use this app to control my kids' access to their phone data, but the app is completely unreliable. It says the WiFi is blocked for their phones, but it's not. Other times, it says their data is not blocked but it is. Adding devices to profiles fails more than it succeeds. C'mon ATT, Google fiber just moved into my neighborhood, give me a decent product so I don't have to migrate.

Application seems to have bugs
I've had AT&T Air for a couple of weeks and at first everything was fine and we had really high download speeds. Now the speeds have come down and the app doesn't seem to be working right. Says my extender is offline and when I call support they say it online and it's an app issue. Also can't scan my wifi. We stopped our previous wifi provider to take this and I want it to work right.
