If I could give it zero stars, I would! The troubleshooting feature freezes the app each time I try to use it. If the app fails when troubleshooting my Wifi issues it makes the app useless.

Cannot log in this moment. A constant inconvenience when you have children doing virtual schooling and you Cannot log in to unpause the WiFi on school Chromebooks'. (0858hrs- The app works now).

Never loads each tab accrately and always says, "Looks like we're having trouble". Used to be a way better in that I could actually use and troubleshoot from but now it's a waste of space and useless. I don't know how many times I've had to disengage using the app shortcut feature, yet it still pops up....unwanted. Loading lags severely, which is a huge irritation.

The app is not helpful. Cant type with assistant. Internet keeps going out all the time.
