Functionality of the app has degraded to the point that its unusable

Hardly works
So I think I unlock my apartment door before I leave from my car and hand full of groceries so I can simply walk inside my place… get to my door and it's locked😤 functionality is horrible with this app. My husband is an app developer and creator for businesses and develops on demand apps as well. If smart rent needs help I can extend his services to you. App hasn't worked in days. This problem is turning into a liability. Imagine running from a criminal or wild animal and you're unlocking the door through the app ahead of time before you reach the door and you get to your door and it's still locked. Another liability scenario can be with the ac/heat. One forgets to turn it off when they leave home but attempt to turn it off through the app but come home and the unit is still on😡 this isn't smartrent it should be called hardlyeverfunctionsrent

Ring stopped working after two weeks and won't connect online tried to reach out to company keep getting the run around on who does what.

Was working from June 2024 until Feb 2025. App no longer connecting to the hub on the wall. Tried uninstalling, logging back in, reconnecting wifi, all of it. Still doesn't work.

Good app but please add widgets and Apple Watch support
Good app overall. Sometimes changes don't take effect but it's usually pretty reliable. Just wish there would be some widgets to adjust thermostat from the Home Screen or control center, and an Apple Watch app

Anything this app is supposed to let you do, you can do faster and better by doing it yourself. Good luck if you want to unlock your door with a single button press when you get there. Your commands will not work half the time. If they do work, it will take at least 30 seconds mininum. You have to reinstall this app multiple times to even get it to login. Nothing is wrong with my network. It's fast. On OnePlus 12.

Stupid app and unreliable control
Landlord replaced nest with this trash. So frustrated to control from the controller, not to mention the never working app.
