Could not find the option for a countdown and reset and auto restart. But I made use of the Tabata option, which was a good alternative once understood.

Time is Wrong
I synced this with time on a digital and analog wall clock for a 20 min workout. It was over 10 seconds faster than the 2 clocks on the wall. I noticed it was gradually faster. At around 10 min it was 5 seconds faster. It's a nice simple app but unfortunately the app is not accurate at all.

Good but it lacks free option to select specific stopwatches
The seconds become gradual and do not allow you to create broken timers, such as 26 seconds, 27 seconds...

An item to improve
Turn down the music sound of the cell phone when the sound of the counter speaking some warning runs.

Total waste of $. Customizing your timer is problematic. It will have bugs and run times you DIDN'T program, etc. the custom workout feature is ridiculously difficult to copy without deleting. Times on scroller won't match with the input times, etc. save yourself the hassle and $.

For some time now the music on Spotify has been stopped with the stopwatch :(
