Infuriating, useless app. Horrible UI. Cannot create an "Alt ID" with phone# while creating an account, (I've used Alt ID in-store for *years*). Instead? Insists on generating a whole NEW card, which would obliterate TONS of fuel points, etc. Deleted (tales 5 days to remove what took 5 seconds to erroneously create!) and Uninstalled. The next time I'm physically *at* Smith's I'll deal with this... whatever this is.

ads are misleading. says buy 2 get 2 free, but doesn't calculate at checkout. app has been having issues for a couple months now

Something happened that coupons are not showing up in the app. Browser shows I have 55 coupons clipped while app shows 15. When trying to clip coupons at the store, it will say it is no longer available.

Not sure if the app had a recent update but it is terrible! Nothing works. I can't view weekly ads, see items in my cart, set my location, etc. Yes, I made sure the app was updated, cleared out the cache, uninstalled then reinstalled but still having issues. All other food apps are working fine. The case lot sale is coming up and I'd like to view the items on sale through the app since I no longer receive mail flyers. I can't do that at the moment.

The app won't clip coupons correctly. Today I can't place an order for pickup or delivery because "the connection has failed" Not being able to pick-up my groceries is very inconvenient!

Glitchy App
This app continuously glitches. How many times do I have to add things to my cart before they stay in there? It seems like the problem is occurring more frequently but this last time we ordered I had to go through my list and add the same things sometimes 3+ times and we still ended up missing things from our list. At this point it's becoming more convenient to just use the Walmart down the street instead. I don't have these issues with their app.

The coupons won't clip anymore. They dissappear when you try to clip them. Items that I know are available in store show out of stock for pick up. However, they are available for delivery, which tells you their motivations. When you add items to your list at home and then go to the store, you have to fight to get back to your original list. The app changes it to store mode, which is worthless. It's absolutely ridiculous that the largest grocery store chain in the country has the worst app.
