It's a disappointment.
I keep losing things I bought like huts and plants. I don't know how much money I've wasted. I do a cloud save every time I buy an item. And every time I start the game, it disappears again. Also, when I enter an event, it says objective status. My wifi is fine and my data is fine, but it keeps failing to connect. Please fix this. Stop telling me to contact you and improve the functionality of the app. The basic auto-save function of the game doesn't work.

Game is frozen and support doesn’t help
I reached out to support because the game loads but don't let me tap anything. I told them everything I tried, refreshing the game, connecting to different wifi, I even deleted the game and lost all my progress and it still didn't work. Aaron from support was completely helpless. He kept telling me to do the same things I've been doing and when I would say it didn't work he would just repeat myself. This is so annoying

I already told you before that I had to change the App and when I recovered, they took away ALL my gifts that the box gave me, they took away space that I had already bought and also statues that I HAD ALREADY MADE, it's not fair 😡

Incredible Inappropriate Ads!!!
Game rating is 4+; but ads to gain Smurf berries are political in nature and outline rape and brutality in Israel. Unbelievable.
