Big for rights holders
Hello For months, I have had a bug with the SNCF Connect application on iPhone: I am a beneficiary, my profile specifies it, but when I try to book a train ticket, I am not considered a beneficiary. So I click on my name, I check the box for paid booking, but the profile is not modified, and I am still like someone who is not entitled to it. Can you tell me, is it a handling problem on my part? Thanks in advance!

So the rates increase from year to year, the service is not great, the controllers are ready to do anything to fine you and are anything but friendly. And now we even get ads on the app. We should think about going to get ... This company is just a huge fraud and is only there to steal the money of people who don't have a car (which is a shame in a country that wants to be ecological). In short, a big joke.

Non-intuitive and sometimes buggy navigation, what is the point of clicking on a notification if it does not provide any information about the text of the notification? Why not redirect directly to the line's info screen? New bug, the return no longer works when you have clicked on the information of a train from the homepage. Another example of a badly done thing, discount cards are mixed with tickets, are not highlighted when buying a ticket
