SNCF Connect: Trains & trips - Latest Quality Issues
Android

The app is overloaded with ads, incentives to buy useless things, navigation for the use of tickets is painful. Reflection of the abusive behavior of the SNCF commercial services. We want timetables, traffic information and to buy tickets. That the SNCF spends less money on marketing and remembers that its job is to make us prefer the train Edit: the automatic response which refers to an interface where you have to enter personal data to create an account QED

I paid for my ticket but I didn't see it in my tickets so I decided to start the operation again but again I still didn't see my tickets and after the 3rd time they all appeared so I paid three times and it was impossible to cancel. I would like to warn you that there is no warning message which makes it very easy to pay for unwanted trips.

Exorbitant prices
The SNCF Connect app is visually pleasing and functionally well designed. However, in recent times, train ticket prices have become excessively high, even with the Carte Avantage Jeune. In the past, I preferred the train to visit my family, but today, the cost of tolls and fuel has become more advantageous than the price of a ticket, which pushes me to opt for the car. This pricing change goes against the principles of sustainable mobility that SNCF. If the objective is to encourage people to choose the train over the car for ecological reasons, then this pricing policy is inconsistent.

We no longer see the previously selected stations in the search area. It takes twice as long to do a search now...why???

Unreliable. Impossible to get information on buses between Marseille and Aix en Provence, by all means offered. Only the TER are offered.

The app charges for the general quality of service: late trains, request for refund of tickets and taxi (when you arrive at 1am you are obliged) and you receive a voucher (and not a transfer) which only refunds the ticket part and not the taxi. And that makes a billion profits!

It constantly asks to activate geolocation, it is not even possible to use the application quietly.

Good app overall except for the express ride option that I didn't know about. Not paying attention, I took the ride that I always take since it was offered but it was a month later. So I paid a fine. In addition, I moved it to the time I was on the train so that it would become valid but impossible because the train had already left. So I paid a fine and the train ticket that I could no longer cancel.
