Thieves
lack of respect for the customer who makes a reservation. And when I get to the site they tell me that I am not registered with the hotel. Do not make reservations with this application, they are thieves!!!!! They steal the money and already twice they do not have to answer for it. In addition, they do not have a customer service that is available 24 hours a day.

Disappointing experience with Social Deal – feels like a scam! I bought a voucher and received a confirmation email that the purchase was successful. Today I open the app to use the voucher, but to my surprise it is nowhere to be found. After contacting customer service I am told that the voucher has expired – but this was nowhere in my confirmation email and was also nowhere to be found. It feels like pure deception.

Tonight we ate at spijs in Zutphen, cappacio also els where 1 piece of meat, covered with mayonnaise. Food in the cupboard, restaurant was party not mentioned. Owner did not want to accommodate so decided not to pay for drink and left. Never experienced this so bad.

Crappy app and worthless staff
If the app doesn't work and you want to pick up your food because you can't make a choice. Because that option is not enabled, which I can't do anything about. You forgot to turn it on. Then you call and then you get someone on the phone who says to you you should have called us earlier. Well that's exactly why I use an app otherwise I would have called the store. I'm quitting Social deal and the store wasn't friendly either because why don't they call for you themselves.
