Very disappointed in my investment in this system. 5 yrs. and software still acts confused when moving through the software. Just went through the software reboot. All problems are not fixed by rebooting all your systems.

Simply horrible! Latency, regular problem connecting to devices, volume that goes up by itself, lack of freedom in choosing applications. It's a shame because the products themselves are very good!

Singularly Unimpressed. Returned to system operability after 9 months without internet and still find features missing and clumsy operation. 9 months to correct the original self harm and still not back to where it was. Really? Could be said to be incompetent.

Maybe I'm dumb, but ive never had this app work smoothly for me. Extremely unintuitive and way worse than anything bluetooth.
