For some time now it is not possible to play certain radio stations via voice command. I see that there are multiple messages about this issue.

System overall has gone so far downhill. Not keeping up w new services, not stable, overall just an embarrassment. I regret spending money on this system.

appears to be no longer compatible with S9 Tab+, crashes before opening. Has this bricked my Play 5 speaker?

Hello everyone, Now I have to vent my frustration about Sonos' new idea. In the last few days all owners received a great email from Sonos. The old Sonos devices will no longer be provided with updates from May. As an offer, you can swap your existing devices for new ones and get a 30% discount on the RRP. However, the devices are already being offered in the open market at almost this discount. The old devices which still work perfectly will be rendered inoperable after this trade up via update and will have to be scrapped. This is an absolute catastrophe and unacceptable for ecological reasons too. I was a very enthusiastic Sonos user and always recommended it to friends as being great. That is over now. Sonos, why do you treat your customers and the environment like this? Which I think is great. If someone has an old system they certainly won't buy anything new. Sonos, it's your own fault.

Used to work great, but now it's slow or doesn't work at all. Most recently it told me the system needed an update but the update failed on all devices. I can't get past that update screen to access anything else.

Where have my albums gone? Stop being Meta and pushing the stuff you want me to listen to and let me just listen to my choices which once again have vanished as you focus on marketing and using my data. Horrendous once again
