Sonos isn't what it used to be.
In addition to forcing us to change products, they changed the app and it's pretty bad. Too bad. I think they are going down the cliff.

Never again Sonos!
Speakers were rendered unusable via app. Now there is 3x technical scrap here. If you have had the same experience, report it to consumer protection.

Usability BAD
The user interface has deteriorated extremely compared to previous versions. System updates, for example, can no longer be found without Google. The operation is also poor. It's a shame for a high-quality sound system.

Avoid
I bought three systems for the upstairs downstairs… Sonos is a scam… All they have is their personal agenda with harvesting information trying to push on their own radio station it's difficult to navigate the app it's a closed ecosystem it's a waste of money… do your research and find the many other options!

Pathetic app. Equally pathetic concept of streaming over wifi with a non-responsive app. Sound is okay. Give yourself a favor, invest in a good bluetooth enabled wireless speaker then this one. Update 2020: Now they are forcing you to buy new products by abandoning old products. They have launched multiple apps and now you are sitting duck cos you have to DJ-ing around multiple apps to play a song on multiple sonos systems you have. One word: PATHETIC
