UX unfriendly
This app has potential but is very clumsy. Please make the user experience more friendly, direct, clear and straightforward with minimal tapping around back and forth. Most importantly, the sounds are mono instead of stereo. Make everything more high quality. Itâs a B/C quality for now.

The app recognizes my Soundcore Life [phone] Mini headphones but connection is impossible!!! I've done and tried everything. For me the app is rubbish

Suddenly canât connect anymore
App does not recognize the earbuds anymore. Tried reinstalling, reconnecting, re-pairing, nothing works. They are now also stuck in N.C. mode which is really bad for audio quality

I'm using it with an Xperia 1 VI. The app's UI is easy to use, including switching noise canceling, and I find it very useful, but after the recent Android OS 15 update, I've been experiencing a bug where the volume becomes extremely low. The first time I restart my phone, I can hear it at a normal volume, but once I disconnect, the volume becomes extremely low from the second time onwards. This may be model-dependent, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

Hate it
I have no idea why anybody has given this app 5 stars. You canât delete inaccurate data. It dosent seem to save old data. Not very many options for sounds. So many things wrong with this app. Your headphones donât automatically discount when you put back in case you have to manually do it. I havenât find a single thing a like about this app. Unless itâs a skill issue on me.

I have the Space One and the Q30 but somehow the music volume is always adjusted so that you can't just say "I'm going to freak out for a minute" it doesn't work, it's always adjusted to the low range! 90d every now and then you can go over that guys and girls the sound is top notch in this price range but you can't freak out 😬 It's bitter!
