Did NOT process my flight ticket purchase twice
Unfortunately had to miss out on a sale two times in an attempt to book a round trip within my state. When I submitted the order and it charged my apple pay, the screen was stuck on the loading circle for hours. I ended up just closing the app and refreshing to get rid of the loading screen because I knew nothing was gonna happen. My wifi connection was fine, I even tried with my data, and still did not go thru. I got no email about a flight confirmation. The first instance, it seemed to be refunded; but the most recent time a couple days ago, it charged my cc and was pending. I checked my account today to see if it was cancelled or pending still and weirdly, it didn't appear in my transactions anymore (could be that southwest OR my bank did something about it OR my bank's site was messed up, who knows). Just frustrating. I appreciate the ease of access through an app, but the fact that I couldn't even book any flight using it, I decided I am just going to use the website on my computer

App not retaining passport information
Frequently when trying to checkin the app is not retaining our passport information. When we try to checkin it rejects our checkin and requires Us to reload the info resulting in B34 and B35 positions

Check Ins and carry one
I fly several times a year and have grown tired of checking in at exactly 24 hours prior to my flight, only to be lucky to get a B pass and jockey for overhead space with people who are pushing overhead limits to the max. I travel for business and have one Carrie which I often end up just checking so I don't have to go through the stress of fighting for over headspace.

Still limited and buggy
App still sends you to web site via browser for some functions, requiring you to log in again. Today I can't open flight details in the app for a reservation made a few days ago, get an error message

Out of sync all the time
It's 50-50 whether the app will have the latest info on your reservations or it will sit there with the spinner going round and round. Multiple entries for the same credit card. Logs you out randomly and then face ID doesn't work. And so on. Not sure how it got a 4.8 rating!
