Review
Good afternoon. I changed my flight and before I did, the message stated my boarding position from my previous flight would not change. To my surprise it did. To say the least, I'm not pleased.

Check in 24 hrs prior
I tried to check in myself and spouse on SW and it checked in spouse but not myself. I have done this on SW hundreds of times successfully. It says I have to check in at counter. I need to check bags so no problem!?!? Is it the SW website, I made our reservations with my SW number and I am the one that tried to check us in but only spouse was accepted. I don't understand! KML

Constantly asking to Login
Login always seems to have an issue. It constantly asks to relogin when you make any changes. For such a big company to have a poor login experience is frustrating

Horrible Company
Southwest is one of my least favorite airline flights. Almost every time that I book a flight I have to pay to upgrade so that whomever I'm traveling with can sit together. Yesterday I called to confirm early bird and was ensured that I did. I checked in this morning and received [phone]. I'm traveling for work with two coworkers and our seating is all over the place. Worst airline ever!

They changed flight time.
SW changed the departure of this flight from 9:35 to 9:15. Checking my app over and over to check in precisely at 9:35pm. Only then as I do watch the time change, I check in and I'm in group C! What the heck was that about?!

Not best airline
I used to love flying Southwest but in the last two years, it seems they care less and less about their customers and do nothing whenever you're delayed or there's a snowstorm or any other type of delay they don't seem to really care. I've had nothing but horrible experiences in the last year between me and my boys flying different places. I always try to book a different airline if I can, but sometimes Southwest is unfortunately the better option My opinion, they're pretty good airline and a pinch but if you can afford it, it's worth it to pay a little more to go on a better airline that's more dedicated to getting you there on time and actually getting you there
