Delays/Cancelations
Let's get it together, Spirit. I haven't flown you yet because I keep getting delayed and canceled…. Other airlines seem to manage to get other flights out why all the delays and canceled flights?

Worst service ever
They delayed my flight 6 hours and then canceled it. Then they gave me a flight for the night of the next day with a 9+ hours time. They throw us to the streets not even any accommodation to get through the night or food coupon. And it was not a climate problem, it was an administration problem from them.

I wish I could put 0 stars, will never fly with spirit again. flight was delayed due to weather or as they put it "act of god" causing me to lose my connecting flight. Next flight available is 2 days away, dont provide hotel or food. Im in a city ive never been too, stuck. I called customer service obviously pissed off and the agent told me to refrain from cursing or he'll have to disconnect the line. the worst experience in all my years flying. but I guess you learn something new every day.

price changed 2 hrs later and the savvy doesn't include the seating like it says , u have to pay for the seat!
