Safe covered parking near DCA

Secure covered parking near DCA with an airport shuttle. I wanted to extend the parking by an hour but SpotHero required a charge to make a change in time, even for 15 extra minutes, in addition to the actual extra charge for the extra time.

Parking in Boston

App ok but bad service. The service does not warranty you to have the parking spot you reserved online. We reserved a spot last weekend in Boston and it was already being used. That makes being late for the appointment we had on top to pay for another parking location.

Does not guarantee you a spot and you do not receive a refund. They just pocket the money. Update: Waiting on a promised refund.

Not great for oversized vehicles

Please add support to filter to avoid oversized vehicle charge or display the correct total on the list/map including the oversized charge and the ability to set a minimum height for tall SUVs to easily find a suitable parking instead of having to search each listing one by one.

I tried to use the app to reserve a parking space in Boston. At the parking garage I figured out that the price quoted by the app was higher than it was at the parking lot. On the top of it the app also charge some service fee. The parking lot at that time was half empty so no reservation was needed. Even If it would, I do not understand how the app would help me reserving a space there. So, it makes no sense to use the app at all.

App is fine. Service is inconsistent and awful when it doesn't work. Parking garage that Spothero provided to me had no attendant, no one answering phone and couldn't get in touch with Spothero support. Car ended up getting towed. Pay the extra $ to park yourself without it Spothero, it's worked for decades.

It’s ok when not buggy

I usually have a good result with spot hero but recently it has been very buggy. I should be able to edit my times/schedule for a parking spot however it has not been letting me update my order or search for parking in an extended time slot.

Terrible customer service

Do not recommend, if you have any issues at the garage spothero will wash their hands of it. Terrible customer support, "not my problem" attitude. Book directly through a parking garage and avoid this third party nightmare to prevent being double charged
