There is a fatal bug. When registering a new device, an animation ("searching for device" ) is running over the top of a toggle switch so I am unable to see or interact with the toggle to approve the transaction.

doesn't work anymore since the update, you can't release the job. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, now nothing works anymore and I am allowed to request a new letter. How can you be so incompetent as a savings bank?

Topic: Mobile phone change and quick setup Many thanks to "C.Pachutani" and "A Google user". The note is important: The coupling of the old and new device must be uncoupled. The installation works without any problems if WLAN and Bluetooth are switched on, but are not paired as stated in the installation instructions. Now I can approve transactions from both devices. The 2 stars are given because of the wrong instructions, otherwise the app is not bad.

Quick setup doesn't work. and the waiting time for an answer is worse than at Deutsche Post. even the Deutsche Bahn is faster!

as of version 4.5.2 it no longer works on ZTE A72 smartphones. Touch operation not possible. After auto-updating the app, a registration letter must be requested again and again. The future looks different!

Transfer to a new device via Bluetooth does not work. I don't understand why I need the app if I can only transfer money from home anyway or have to carry two mobile phones with me

Great, useless in case of emergency! I bought a new smartphone and now had to request a new registration letter because adding a new device is not possible! Half an hour waited, the device searches and searches and searches... And if it hasn't run out, it's still searching! 😡
