Too high of fees for long term clients
Square has very good interfaces but the fees are insane especially for low risk high yielding accounts

Terrible experience. Account deactivated and funds held for up to 180 days.
Using the app and square service for a few months and was abruptly deactivated without any explanation or evidence of misconduct and can't be provided any information as to why my funds are locked for 90-180 days. I can't even be told what happened or provided with evidence by calling the company. When I call customer service, they explain that I can no longer process transactions, but I am free to set up another account with a different email which blows my mind. Upon researching, it seems this happens to a lot of people I would suggest you look into their competitors first before using Square to process payments.

I've used Square for my small business for years but they do not protect businesses at all. Literally all a customer has to do is come to your business, pay with their Credit card, take their item, then file a dispute with square for any reason at all that they don't like the item. Square immediately takes the money out of your account, or allows the customers bank to keep the money, resulting in theft of services. you have zero recourse. DO NOT USE SQUARE! It's appalling, terminating!

Not impressed. Allowed me to begin taking payments for orders. After collecting several hundred dollars, I was told that I was not eligible for the account. Square will now be holding my funds til Mid June. Switched to Shopify, and it works amazing!

Customer service is terrible. Each time I've had an issue, they have been zero help, and even a year after the issue has never been resolved. Equipment is unreliable and had to be replaced at my own expense.

unstable application, nothing intuitive .... I managed to get the app and the reader to work ( error ... ) , rotten after-sales service .... to avoid
