I have been a standard bank client for over 10 years. Lately they have more issues than solutions. Implementing policy without my concent or being notified. Worst of all now with this new payshap you can't even download your own proof of payments. You have to call the bank wait 30min on a call just to get a proof of payment. Please please don't use this bank. Worst mistake of my life.

APP NOT WORKING
The app is not working I have been trying to sign in to my banking app with no luck. This is really irritating because I am not able to do any transactions as I can't access my account

Not longer happy
I am no longer happy with this App. It keeps on freezing when you want to log in. I have deleted it 5 times and re install. It delays me when I want to use it. STD bank please check it.

Getting started

You’ll need some data to download the app for the first time, but data charges no longer apply when using the SA app itself. If you have a connection, you can do your banking! 

Transactional features are available to Standard Bank accounts held in South Africa, Ghana, Uganda, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Lesotho, Malawi, Swaziland and Namibia. Keep in mind that some types of payments include transaction fees.
Note that some features may not be available in your region.
