I am a regular customer of Standard Chartered for more than 10 years and I also use the payroll account service. I have always felt that Standard Chartered's service is good for 10 years. However, the verification service of the mobile APP has been updated recently and has frequently malfunctioned. I reported it to the online customer service, but they just asked me to re-apply for verification or perfunctorily told me to use the web version. After a month of trouble, the mobile APP still has malfunctioning services and stays indefinitely on the verification loading screen. I am very disappointed. If there is no improvement, I will consider canceling the Standard Chartered account and switching to another payroll account.

When communicating with customer service using Stacy, you cannot use the back button. Once you leave, you cannot return to the original conversation.

The conversation function is simply rubbish. It just says that you have received a notification and have a reply, but when you open it, you can't see anything. It's blank
