Lack of functionality
The SC mobile apps never live up to the expectations and lack of functionality. e.g. (1) there is no option in the iPadOS (not iOS) or MacOS to add the SC credit card to ApplePay (2) the lock / unlock credit cards function ALWAYS fail, the CS has of call center couldn't solve the issue in non-business hours

Can’t open a bank account
After I passed throught the id card and face scanning stage, the screen just freezed and no message saying that it is loading, I don't know whether whether the bank account is opened successfully or not. Please fix the issue

Current version just hangs on support chat page and cannot exit or take any action, I've needed to enroll in biometrics 3 times this week and just gets wiped, and cannot paste in password from password manager.

Used to be good, but after recent update, cannot login in (keep asking to set mobile key and fail, even with correct email & phone otp, ridiculous!! ), pls fix bugs or revert to previous version.

poor experience. setup fingerprint ID and app sometime makes you repeat login multiple times or deactivates the fingerprint making you have the reregister. sometimes take 4-5 attempt to log on

Big uxui issue
1. Once you go to Credit card 360 reward centre, you can't return to the e-banking dashboard and you need to login again . Stupid design 2. SMS notification never complied with iPhone iOS format and you have to goto iMessage, copy code and paste in the app again, which is the second stupid design. Please have some high quality developers to get it solved
