not that much good for small statement we have to wait 2 to 3 working days after waiting also they are replied your request has been fulfilled but no attachment worst bank... in other bank we will receive statement within seconds after request

I use your credit card... Whenever I have to pay on due date or if I have to pay outside, the payment gets stuck somewhere and when I call the call centre, I don't get any response and there is no direct payment option in your application either... When I open the payment in your application, it sends it to a third party browser And when I make the payment, it doesn't show up for 4 to 7 days and the application only shows the due... worst experiance

Worst experience with Standard Chartered Bank. My credit card was closed without notice and customer care didn't help. They didn't listen to my concerns and didn't provide a solution. Poor service and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend.

This might be the worst bank I have seen till now. For corporate linked salary account they will promise you multiple goodies and plans, but nothing is fruitful, eg they promised medical test with Goqii, which later on was cancelled citing unavailability at my location, which they the bank should have cleared while they pitched their account to us. this is just one instance. I received multiple calls and mails regarding credit card which I had declined while opening the account.

SC app is if zero use -can't pay Monthly statement on it, Rely on payment gateway - EMI are now hidden from customer after app updated to new format, Rely on email Statment - outstanding bill paid one day back still not updated and can not see in app. - customer can not be connected through it. - in case of multiple credit cards, if you have paid total sum into one credit card, your outstanding in all other cards also were also settled until 2024 . - can not change your home address though it.
