Doing business like shit, the app freezes up and down, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, it doesn't work to scan NFC, while using other banks it scans normally, calling the operator they told me to find another phone to scan, be careful my phone has an error, your grandmother's error, an error that I can scan NFC with other banks, if you say it then say my bank is different, that bank is different, what does it matter, your app is bad then accept it, any bank can use NFC, when you go to your bank it's bad, you even make me go to the branch for support, Fuck you guys

The app is very bad, not updated, and still has Covid notifications. Every time I log in, I have to re-register everything, very inconvenient!

Transferring money takes a long time, it's urgent, but waiting for hours to transfer money also has a fee, it's terrible.

SC staff arbitrarily locked customer accounts because customers did not update information. Delayed and caused serious trouble for customers.
