The WORST
This has been the worst experience EVER!! Nonexistent support…..fill out a support ticket and wait??? As an electronics technician we do not have time to waste on installations and if I can not figure out their garbage how can a normal consumer? The back and forth with the “support ticket” over email asking to provide screen shots and asking for information that is impossible to have due to their process is ridiculous. It's unbelievable that this has not failed yet! People must be very desperate to keep dealing with this.

It should be 60$ A month being im a poor man on ssi By far the best for this area works pretty good I would give it a five star , but the price is a little high And let's be honest it's Elon musk its your starlink

Price is a bit high
Compared to my previous ISP, this thing is AMAZING! My literal ONLY issue, is it's pretty pricey at 150$ a month, but to be fair, it's 15$ more than my previous ISP, and 2x the speeds, and 1/3 the latency. If it stays this good, or improves even, to hell with my previous ISP. To hell with them either way tbh.
