it could be what I was told it was ,, it's better than what I had before,, but the download speed is always jumping from a few kbps to 200 or 300 mbs wich is annoying 😑 considering how much I paid for the initial setup plus how much I pay each month for something a little better than what I had ,, just saying it could be better considering how much I've paid an will keep paying

App no longer works. Can't connect to the mini to check connection and can't set up our high performance flat. Tried from a PC as well. Just get a black screen with white Starlink writing.

When trying to open the network (remove the password), the app tells you to try later and continues like this eternally...

needs better contact for customer service. Don't get me wrong when there is an issue they help you but it can take days.

the starlink is magnificent! the only problem is I am off grid and it really is power-hungry and drains my solar system batteries faster than expected. in the winter when we're only running a Generator 6 hours a day? by the time noon rolls around..... it is dead until we start it again around 6:00 p.m. give or take. then taking into consideration the snow melt feature? it makes the inverter run constantly when it is plugged in... it would be very nice if they work this out

Too expensive for global

My starlink has been showing unplugged or rebooting for days now I tried contacting your consumer service seems like no one cares cause I don't get replies it really disappointing and frustrating for me. Cause using starlink had been a wonderful experience 🥲🥲
