This game is disadvantageous to Japanese people. There is a bug that makes it impossible to use Japanese characters in player names or star system searches, and even if you report it to the management, they won't fix it! There are just so many bugs!

Could be great

Disclosure. I wrote a review prior, but it has vanished. Very odd and suspicious. Positive; the game allows you to use strategy to learn the mechanics of the game and adapt this to different events and battles with other players/ alliances. With the hope of winning the event and getting the rewards needed to progress. Unfortunately, that's where it ends. Reality; Your love of sci-fi and StarTrek will diminish by playing this game as you would expect to earn and use the most loved characters and ships. Sadly this can only be achieved by spending hours each day over several years or, opening your wallet. A basic package of materials, skin for ship or even token to start/complete an event will set you back a modest £99… each. Do not be fooled by a single purchase giving you a ship that you desire, as this may be a part purchase with 2 or 3 more required. Another thing to note is, you must have your base at the right level to actually build the ship. Upgrading your levels goes from hours, days, weeks and even years to upgrade as your levels progress. How can you speed this up? You simply open your wallet for purchase the package to speed it up. Negatives; I have written several emails, around various issues, such as not being awarded the rewards promised at the end of events and so forth. I can assure you that all have gone unanswered. I have no faith that they will ever respond. The issues do not end with false rewards, as there are weekly “maintenance” updates that solve no real play issues, and just add further bugs. The game is suited to people with a lot of time on their hands or a large wallet. Conclusion; sadly you will be left disappointed with this game, as the timescales become ridiculous and the ships you desire cannot be readily acquired. The most frustrating part is the false rewards you never see, despite winning events. As mentioned, do not try to contact scopley, as they will not respond. The saddest part, is that this game could be amazing and has all the promise to succeed. Unfortunately scopley are greedy and have slowly created a game that is now a pay-to-play.

Use a ship to attack another, wrong!!!!

Just large map game play by the computer with no in the cockpit shooting or controlling the ships. A complete waste of my time.

Buggy money grabbing junk

One of the biggest money grab strategy games you could possibly find. It's also incredibly buggy with no attempts made to fix past bugs. There are still several bugs in the game that have existed for 2+ years and new bugs are introduced with each patch. LOL, we're working on the bugs, but they've got the same ones that have been there for over 2 years.

Dull and overly complex!

While the idea behind the game is fun it is clearly geared towards making you spend a lot of money.. Tediously long upgrade times, only 1 upgrade at a time. Complicated upgrade patterns and missions that can be too hard to do because you cant upgrade fast enough.. Character cards that are long and tedious to get.. you get the idea.. I wish these freeium games would create a monthly subscription plan to at least make them slightly playable. Also i have spent money on this app.. definitely wish I didn't bother now. The price of the packs is eye wateringly expensive! I was shocked at the price!!!!!

Worst developers ever

Game designed for paying players and all new features that get added are designed for high level players always excluding lower level players. The pvp system is broken in so many ways! The game is always crashing or being put into maintenance. Avoid this pathetic excuse of a game. Much better out there.

The advertising is the game

The game is very interesting and social but the developers don't do testing. We were in a territory capture event in Aylus and it was a free for all but the iOS game would crash ever 30seconds.

Okay now I’m mad.

I was TRYING to write a review of how much I like the game but then it was just taken out of my hands and erased all in one go so now I'm giving it both less stars and I'm ANGRY. My husband got me into Star Trek and I've always been a bit of a gamer girl so this seems like a pretty natural progression. The game is cool yada yada I like it and play it often I'm a free to play gamer so I don't often or ever pay for in game perks. To get around some of the stagnation of not paying real money to progress there is daily events but fun fact I was ranked 1 with 468.5k points in a daily event called fleet commander upgrade. Did everything I needed to and topped out the rewards of galactic recruit tokens at 1360 so I'm stoked about that and I go to look and NOTHING. I have 200 galactic recruit tokens that I had from something previous and NONE of the 1360 that I had rightfully earned with hard work. I've deleted and reinstalled the game I signed into the web store to see what was going on and restarted my device. NOTHING I just put all that work in there for nothing with.absolutely no reward makes me wanna gag. Genuinely do better what's going on here where you don't even let you're free to play players get the rewards that's the only thing to balance this game out enough to make it fair amongst everyone else.
