terrible app. i subscribed through youtube, but i can't download movies from Starz on YouTube for my phone, so i have to get the Starz app. I try signing into the Starz app using my TV provider (youtube) and it just idles at a black screen after selecting Youtube/YoutubeTV.

device limit headaches

the 6 device limit is a major headache when you try to hop from one device to another in a household. it's a frustrating and pointless limitation if the number of concurrent streams is already enforced. all it takes is a couple web browser logins, couple apple tvs and you're essentially blocked from using the service and forced to clear out devices from the web which also counts as a session! i can live with concurrent stream limits and ensuring devices are in same household but this device limit is just painful and unnecessary.

Pay for the subscription but won’t play on any device

We watched starz for 5 months now. I purchased the 6 month package and all of the sudden I can watch anything on any device. Tried managing devices and nothing seems to work. Just keep getting error messages. Very frustrating!

Always has problems loading.

Great titles and series. Hate when things don't load. I can watch a trailer or scroll through things but sometimes when I select to watch a movie it gets stuck on a black screen. All my other apps on my TV work fine so I know it's just this app. Please fix this ASAP <3

Doesn’t even remember where you left offf

The fact that it's 2025 and we have a streaming app that doesn't even remember where you paused is just absolutely inexcusable.
