I have the best mobile data and it does not matter where I am this app won't play. it will say wifi connection is not stable switching to mobile but keeps loading I don't want to fire stick all my shoes but if it comes down to it I will because this app is a joke

Waste of money

It's got some good movies- but if you own a Samsung TV or an iPhone, the app will crash 2 to three times per movie.

Software is trash

Please update the software. Why does it glitch. Why does it take so freaking long to load? Everything else is fine but the glitching and the loading time is ridiculous 😒

Your writers have no imagination or skills in character development. The writers for the character of Unique have this this all they know spin when it could have been played completely different. I would have wrote his character interaction way different. It's never too late. The season would have been better had you of not let them sabotage Unique's character.

Great shows, atrocious app

Their shows are right up my alley and have amazing stories, but the app freezes half of the time and requires me to fully restart my TV or to uninstall the app and reinstall to get it playing again. I have no problems with other streaming apps on my brand new 75” TV. Considering requesting a refund if I keep getting super annoyed with it.

Absolutely Terrible

I signed up for Starz today, and within minutes, I regretted it. This has to be one of the worst streaming service experiences I've ever had. Login Issues – After successfully logging in on a web browser, I downloaded the app, only to be told my email or password was wrong—even though I had just used the same credentials to log in online. Password Reset Disaster - I tried resetting my password, and Starz asks for at least six characters—but when I entered a 10-character password, it still told me it was “too short.” Absolutely ridiculous. Verification Code Nonsense - Next, I attempted to reset my email. After waiting for the PIN code, I entered it within a minute, only to be told it was “wrong or expired”—even though it says it's valid for 20 minutes. Customer Support Nightmare - The bot makes you answer a bunch of pointless questions before finally letting you describe the issue, so what was the point of all those questions? When I finally reached a human agent, she was completely unhelpful. She found my account and asked if I wanted to cancel or change my email. Since I was already speaking to her, I figured I'd just change my email, she then tells me she has requested a team to help me, and it would take a couple of days for them to contact me THROUGH EMAIL 🤣🤣. A couple of days? For a simple email update? Why not say that from the very beginning. So I Paid for What, Exactly? I now have a paid subscription that hasn't worked from day one, yet I've already been charged. No service, no access, and apparently no urgency to fix it. Seems to me that Starz is an absolute waste of time and money. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can't imagine how they handle actual service issues. Save yourself the headache and go with literally ANY other streaming service.
