I am not able to keep the "remove permissions if app is unused" on all the time so it is not recording my trips or any other information. I shouldn't have to go in every time I get in my car to make sure it is allowed

it's a good app for 1 car policy. When you have multiple cars and add or remove a car, it becomes a mess, and there is no recourse to fix this

not competitive like they use to be...I can't even get a better rate then erie...for my buisness and work truck...very sad and I been with this company so many years...they done fell off...they no longer a good neighbor...maybe Jake need to have a talk with my agents office...she didn't use to turn down new money...but I spoke to one of her agents and she said they couldn't do nothing for me...or give a better rate then erie

Phone distraction?
It is marking me for phone distraction when the phone is just sitting in the console of my car. This is already upsetting as it is supposedly tied to my premiums. Fix this! You want me to be a safe driver, fine. But don't accuse me of things I'm not doing.

Stupid Update removed feature
App has been fine for the past couple of years but apparently have removed the ability to add your insurance card to your Apple Wallet. Now they expect you to either print out your card or save a PDF to a folder on your phone. The issue is now where do you store it on your phone and will you remember when you need to show the card when renting a car. If there was a legal / governmental requirement forcing this then call out the agency responsible. My expectation is they were somehow losing marketing information. Like they don't already have enough info on their clients. May be time to look for a new insurance carrier.

Extra feature scam
I have paid for a long time now for extra features but when I go to redeem them the service doesn't allow me to do so. All I need is my tire inflated which should be covered or even a tire change to my location. I'm gonna be looking into canceling that feature soon.

Too much
I am being charged way too much for my car insurance. I have never had a DUI. I don't think I've had an accident in the past 20 years or more.
