There is no customer support when it comes to losing in-game items that cost hundreds of pounds. You are obliged to make screenshots to each action in the game so you can have proof if you are losing items

You can't report bugs as it keeps freezing the screen or restarting it. In addition, when playing the device gets too hot, that did not happen before.
