Love the petite clothes
I love stitch fix and all their clothes. The petites are my favorite. The ease of ordering and returning is so simple and easy. I'm only giving 4 stars cause their website could use some improvements for adding new items. The new arrivals should be updates in date of clothing that is added. Also, an email or notice of when things have been added would be helpful but the biggest drawback is having to go through every item again and again and not knowing the brand new items . I would love to see anything new added listed at the top or have a choice of “dates added assortment” for new items under the new arrivals selection. Other than that, this company is top notch and I love their clothing.

Technical Difficulties
I just signed up, and every time I open the app, it takes me to the style quiz. I haven't been able to take the quiz because every time I try, it says " Sorry, we are having technical difficulties. Please try again or check back later." But the thing is, I've been checking in every day for almost a week now. I've even deleted the app a couple times.

I try to sign into the app, it's been a while since I've used it and continues to say I can't sing in wether it tries to say I don't have internet when I do, or incorrect password. So fine I try to reset the password and then nothing gets sent to my email not in my inbox, junk, spam, anywhere I don't receive a thing.

Was hopefully, not a fan of…
I was hopeful that I could at least look around on the app and see, what do they have clothing wise, before spending $20 on a stylist fee, that to even log into the app and use it. It is very clear you MUST pay. I did email the company, about this concern of mine. After reading through the reviews, multiple say the same. First time customers are very pleased for the most part, most of the return customers not so much. I was hoping to be able to look around first and see what is available. Possibly try the stylist. After completing the style profile, and having it forced on me to pay $20 fee, just to move forward and look around, is a turn off for me. I love shopping second hand. I have also successfully dressed myself well for 30 plus years. Yes, I am open to suggestions. After discovering not only my body shape and what colors complement me and my skin under tones. Doing a deep clean on my closet last year. Learning how to put together a capsule wardrobe. There is not a lot I need. I was only hoping to make some up dates to my wardrobe and move some older pieces out. For me to spend $20, I need more wiggle room when logged in. Currently neither the app or the website seem to give that. Which is disappointing. Hopefully moving forward this will be addressed.

I love this app so far, only got one stitch and loved a few of the items. Sent back the rest and paid for what I liked. Very gracious timing and payment arrangements too if you wanna go that road. The only reason this isn't at 5 stars is the app. It's buggy at times and it'll stay on a loading screen sometimes. Inconvenient at best and frustrating at worst, especially when you're trying to make payments. Either way, it's a small thing that can be ironed out in time. Overall a great business!!!
