I no longer have stewards. I requested a reset but the klarm app or something similar entered and does not allow me to use Stocard and my cards

a bitter surprise not finding my cards anymore and being forced to look for them in another app that sucks and where they have not all been transferred, as stocard writes... so now not having the physical ones anymore I have lost them!!! pissed off!!!

Has always been such a handy app. Now Klarna has taken over, it is clunky, slow and encourages you to pay monthly

Before switching to Klarna it was a great app. Unable to switch to Klarna for some problem of theirs I find myself blocked for 24 hours with the following message "something went wrong, try again tomorrow" An unthinkable thing nowadays to receive these messages. I will switch to other similar apps like "supercards" as soon as I see my profile unlocked.

I also like the automatic reminder function near and inside certain stores that I can use the app. Versatile.... Edited 28.1.25: after upgrading to Klarna name, completely unusable. I can't access my cards in stores where they can't even give me goods without a quarter but the app tells me: try again tomorrow!! I have no kind words. I'm changing it to 1 star and when I can, I'll put all my cards in Google Wallet!

Until recently, it was actually the most useful app! Unfortunately, since Klarna took over, it hasn't been usable at all! I still have an "old" account that I can no longer use on my new phone. I don't even get an error message. The Klarna app is absolutely useless and takes far too long to start up before anything is displayed. So it looks like we'll have to find something else.

The app was not bad, I used it for a while, but after the purchase by Klarna everything changed, the new app is too invasive. I have had problems with them in the past and I don't want to deal with them anymore. Now I use SuperCards and it works great.
