Frustrated user
I had just done a write transfer and then bought BTC. I had an error pop up and tell me my account was under review. I went back an hour later to check and my account was closed and told that I was not able to use this app again. I was given no reasoning for why my account was closed and my BTC I bought was lost. I am out serious money.

Love the app when it works! Just cant add a payment method. I have to wait 7 days for a payment t to post via ACH.. I have tried every payment card I have!!

Pay attention
The worse ever!! They limited my withdrawal amount and when I transferred the remaining to bitcoin it disappeared! I reached out to support and received no help they kept telling me the amount was pending. I requested to be contacted via telephone my request was ignored. Now I'm out of 247.00. Will never use again!

this is a waste of ur time u set a account up just for them to charge u 2$ n then the close ur account cause they reject ur verification after u do it 5 times wait three days n just for them to get me for my 25$ plus 2$ they charge to add money to me my account is closed n can be reopened so they just take it money u have on there account n u don't get it back so please don't do it this is worst app ever costumers service is bad days to do there job n they didn't e

Zero if possible
Honestly enjoyed the app but got abruptly banned with no explanation. Even messaged support to ask why and they wouldn't tell me. Said I violated terms and conditions which I read, and unless they're assuming something completely wrong, my ban was not justified at all. Told them I'd even provide necessary proof of my claim but all I receive over and over is “we will not provide any information as to why.” Rude customer support and I hadn't even had the account for a full 24 hours. No opportunity to even show I hadn't violated any of their terms or conditions. ZERO stars if I could.

This app needs better customer support to have to trouble shoot when you are having problems, it tell you to contact customer support but it takes days for help and the frequent ask don't have The answer you looking for.

No Debit Card Support
Haven't been allowed to link any debit cards, can't get an explanation why. App is missing half the functionality it originally promised. Customer support literally does not exist & only gives copy pasted responses.
