Decent app but could be way better.
I've been using this app for 4 months now and as far as tracking progress it's great. However, the statistics and the exercise/weight variations could be better approved considering there is a monthly subscription. I've used better free apps with more exercise and data but don't track as good. If this developer could improve the data and exercises to chose from, this app would easily be the best in the world

I miss being able to see the rest timer as a widget from the lock screen rather than unlocking the phone and opening the app

This app is TRASH. Don’t waste your money
This app is complete trash. Do not waste your money or time. I've had this app for a few years, and whoever is running it now is a complete moron. Every time I start the app, all of my data disappears. So I have to recreate everything. Then, eventually, after days, data will show back up. Oh yay! Except wait a second, the next day it's all gone. What a joke

I like this app and find useful even the free version. I appreciate how rapidly the developers responded to my inquiry regarding a stopped synchronizing with Google Fit (it happened because Google made a change on Google Fit that made this issue). The developers fixed this problem promptly. I give 5 to this app again. Update 2024-November-13: Unfortunately, the app stopped synchronizing with Google Fit again.

Rest timers
I love this app, I have some suggestions to make the app even better! I find myself wishing that you were able to change timers based on the template. For example when doing supersets I wish you could lower the rest timers in between exercises from what the auto timer usually is. Another example would be for drop sets. I'd like to be able to remove timers between drop sets but keep them in between regular sets: Working set Drop set Timer Working set Drop set Timer Etc. If there could be a setting for this when making templates that would make working out more seamless! (Basically I'd like timers to be able to change automatically throughout exercises without having to manually set them during the workout) Other than that I love this app and it makes working out much more enjoyable and efficient!

New Bug?
Why are all of my self added exercises disappearing? I've got years worth of data on this app and no all my exercises are disappearing. Very disappointed because I pay for pro. Please fix this.

Lost workout templates multiple times
My custom templates keep getting deleted with updates. This has happened thrice in the last 2 months. Unfortunate that I have another year of Pro left. Strongly recommend folks against buying this. Try another app instead.

After years of use, managing templates (training programs) becomes difficult when everyone is just on the same list without grouping. It's a shame that active development work is no longer being done.
