I don't recommend it to anyone, they are misleading.
I bought two tickets and only one appeared, and they still have the nerve to say that they are going to refund it but instead they blocked me. So I don't know I recommend it. Is Scam.. I almost got a stroke because of company.

Terrible sold stolen tickets

Go against there terms.
Very shady. I was hung up on and talked for two hours with them about how they are violating there own policies. They didn't care and sent me to the “supervisor” who never got back to me. Lost out on tickets and money.

Deserves Zero Stars
I am absolutely furious with StubHub. This company allowed the seller to release our tickets only FOUR HOURS before the show. We were left completely in the dark, unable to plan our evening because we had no idea when or even if the tickets would arrive. This last-minute stress was beyond frustrating, and it's clear StubHub doesn't care about its customers. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for reliability or peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company, like Ticketmaster. I will NEVER use StubHub again.

I’d give negative stars if I could! Beware of this scam service!
Do not use StubHub for ANYTHING! But if you insist, do NOT buy anything that's not already on sale and especially if there are no seat numbers listed. I purchased tickets over a month ago, received an email my tickets were ready to claim, and when I went to claim I get nothing but an error. It's been over a month now and still no tickets and they won't cancel the order, they won't give me a number for their escalation department, and they won't let me reach out to the seller directly. Unfortunately I used a buy now, pay over time service so I am stuck having to pay for tickets I know I'll never get. My son almost got pulled into the same scam, but he used his bank account directly and was able to raise a dispute with his bank and get refunded once their investigation was through and proved the tickets didn't exist. We should all band together and start a class action lawsuit against StubHub for all of the scams they've pulled on unsuspecting customers. Stay far away from StubHub!

You sold us a parking 50 mins walk going to Intuit Dome! While when I'm buying it, it said only 2.5 miles away from intuit dome. How could you sell me something like that. I hope people will not buy from you anymore.

Bought tickets and receive tickets for the wrong game.
I bought tickets for my son and I two hours before the game last saturday. I receive tickets for december 5 game and could get the good tickets in time. The only thing stubhub did was to refund the day after. Now I have a sad son who thinks his father can't deliver as promess. I will need to pay a lot more to go to a different game because this saturday was really cheap. Very bad management for any problem client can encounter.

Worst ticket experience ever! FAKE!!! I bought tickets at DOUBLE the price they actually were and was given a not guaranteed ticket- almost didn't get let into the venue cause my ticket did NOT work. They are overcharging and not giving real tickets DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!
