What a scam. My listed tickets are invisible because they're not recommended by StubHub. Even though they're very competitively priced. They prioritize return sellers and make everybody else's tickets invisible. I'll never use StubHub again.

I haven't been able to open the app. I had to purchase tickets online instead, and I can't even link them to my mobile app. I've never had issues in the past, but I am now rethinking if I should have made my purchase on here.

The app doesn't launch. I checked my connection and have deleted the app and reinstalled. Based on the fees they collect why not an app that works? Others have said the same thing.

If you use this app, you will get money taken from you. Worst experience I've had online. I made a mistake and double sold my tickets. I asked for help and I was told it was all taken care of. Then they charged me $238 for each double booked ticket. I tried to plead my case, but they ignored me and just took my money.

Absolutely horrendous app to use. I purchased tickets that said I can resell at any time, but the reseller feature doesn't even work. And when I tried to contact support, I had to exit from the live chat that I accessed via email to find the order number, and then I couldn't find where the live chat went. And the email link stopped working too!

Horible customer service one the so called customer service reps instead of fixing my issue hung up on me never buy from them again
