Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! don't Use them! on March 29th 2025 I was at a bulls game with family to Surprise a family member for there birthday day. Your app showed ticket are ready to View they won't load I paid for parking at this game and waited in a long line to only find out that my ticket won't upload. I called customer service and they were suppose to call me back horrible horrible Customer service support horrible. plus I charged for the ticket thru klarna too.

sincerely don't recommend getting tickets from them. they're an absolute nightmare to deal with. customer service has been kind, but the policies they hold are absolutely horrible. don't bother with them. go with Ticketmaster. you'll have a better time, and if something goes wrong you'll have an easier time getting your money back.

App is ok, I am having a very hard time with an order. I bought tickets to the Dodger game last night along with a parking pass. When I got to the lot, I found that it was a 2.5 hour walk away. I got back in my car and drove like crazy to the game, missing the pregame ceremonies (the only reason I wanted this game), paying another additional parking fee, of course. StubHub customer services said “You should have checked the address first” and “You should have contacted us immediately”.

Worst scam ever!
Waited until a couple hours before the event to email the parking details. Had to download an app that had no ability to enter the Rental ID I was given. The lot was unattended so I had no one to show my order to. I had to scan the QR code at the lot and pay an additional $21. When I tried to get a refund today, I was told I had to provide a picture of the unattended lot. After 3 chats (the first 2 times out after a couple of minutes), the issue was unresolved. I was unable to paste a Google maps image that clearly shows this parking lot is an unattended field with a fence around it. I will never be using StubHub again!

WARNING-Falsely advertising their parking! Parking was supposedly at the event according to the ticket purchasing page, but the lot is actually 28 minutes walking, including on a bridge over a river. I'm injured and can't walk far, but they still kept my money. What a scam! Buyer beware!

They sell tickets they don't have then provide vastly inferior seats for the same price and hold onto payment until after the event so you can't buy from a competitor.

Stubhub and their affiliate company Viagogo are absolute crooks. we bought tickets to a show, had never received the actual tickets, when we received an email saying they had been relisted on Viagogo for 1 dollar each and sold immediately. We never had the tickets to sell. We ended up buying our own tickets again via Ticketmaster to go to the show. They refused to reimburse or cancel the order. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SCAM POS OF A COMPANY.
