Declining my debit and credit cards. Unable to complete order in app even though the funds are available and I have no issues with my cards that work everywhere else.

I signed up, and since then, I can't get in... change my password, you say? I did that many times, and each time, it tells me it's an invalid password. No matter how much time I waited I just can't get in.

Would be nice if I could actually complete my order without it constantly saying my payment method failed. Tried card and Google pay and neither works

Downloaded the new update and rendered the app completely unusable. Literally, i can't sign in without an error message popping up, and then it goes to a solid white screen. I have to force close and relaunch the app. If i try to continue as a guest, it just keeps telling me an error has occurred. Spent $100's of dollars over the summer using this app, now its just garbage. What a disappointment.

works great rigbt up till you go to pay. It says payment failed and to use another card even though all information is correct.

Why do I have to sign in with password every single time that I open the app now? Used to be able to sign on with biometrics - I have the option on; it doesn't do anything now.

Spent 10 mins doing the required update to open the app. Then had to reset the password cause the update logged me out. Built my order to realise I couldnt use my gift card cause the order was a dollar over the gift card amount. The points from my last $40 order werent enough to discount anything. Absolute trash and not going to be returning to subway again unless there isnt another available option.
