Payment Blocked by “Discount Too Large” Error (No Discount Set)
I've been experiencing a recurring issue with the SumUp app lately. It consistently shows the error message: “Discount too large. Adjust the discount so that the cart total is greater than £0.00 or add more items to the cart.” This occurs when I enter the payment amount, but I've never modified any discount settings (and I'm not sure where to do so). I found that logging out and then logging back in after a few minutes temporarily resolves the issue, but it's frustrating because this problem happens several times a week. I hope this bug can be fixed soon as it disrupts the payment process.

Options to improve
Hi i'm ising sumup for last five years for my business now, there's been many updats and tweaks to improve user experience. Some of them were good and some not so innovative but efforts are still appreciated. Could i suggest few things to add on 1. Please add a description box for recipts so merchants can enter some more information like warranty period, return period. 2. On sumup pos there should be some prompt default buttons to enter cash payment amounts like banknotes €5,€10,€20,€50. So everytime merchants don't have to press four time when taking cash from customers. Merchant can press one time if customers gives him €50 note or €20, €10.. etc. i hope someone will read this and implement it. It's just few lines of code guys i know you can do it in a click

Try to be a bank
There are good things, but there are also absurd things like: greater difficulty to get some simple statements!! The app is very limiting and if you need something simple like this, you will talk to more than 3 attendants and you will lose at least an hour of your day. I find it exhausting.

We are an association and the amount of documents requested is painful. Processing times are too long. We have had this system for 3 years, which we use 3 times a year. More disadvantages than advantages

When it works, the payment is smooth. The money will also arrive quite quickly in the set account. The problem is that you almost always have to restart the system to find each other between the phone and the card reader. There are times when nothing works like this. Since this is a "financial service" where stability and reliability would be especially important, it is enough gas that it is unpredictable...

I hate sumup, they blocked my account out of nowhere, suspecting a customer of mine, another terrible security review. and they still held the amount that I wait 180 days to release something that my, a theft
