Was good for years but doesn't appear to work on my Honor phone. Access to my bank accounts while traveling is pretty important so their "security" is driving me away.

It's not fast.
The transactions you make can take a long time, they don't reflect what they really are and that creates confusion.

The only reason to use the app over the website is to deposit checks. I've tried multiple times on a Pixel 6 pro and a Pixel 7 with no luck. It can't seem to make out the check endorsement. I've even tried using a tripod. The app seems to blur the image (more on the edges) no matter how crisp it is when the button is pressed. Edit: I took a photo of the check with the regular phone camera and displayed it full screen on a large PC monitor then used the in-app camera on that to make it work.

The worst bank app and web page ever. Really unreliable, horrible.experience. Scheduling a payment for other bank is basically impossible.

Need better payment options
Suncoast needs Zelle or an equivalent. The available Electronic withdrawal options are to slow and the amount is not big enough.

Ok app, horrible mobile deposit.
The app itself is fine but the mobile deposit is so awful. It always says it can't find an endorsement on the back when it's done in sharpie.

The app opens but doesn't load any account information. It's just frozen.
