I purchased Masodi hairline serum coz on the app it says this product has 10% minoxidil when I got it there is no minoxidil at all. The ingredient list is different I logged a return immediately at the collection point. They declined saying the product is not eligible for a return . I contacted the manufacturer who told me they changed the formula and superbalist haven't updated it. If they showed the new formula ingredients on the app I wouldn't have even bought it.

Used to support Superbalist but stopped using them last year after they sold me a manufacturing default Levi's denim and refused to return or exchange it. I went from spending on average R40-R50k a year at Superbalist to spending R0. Superbalist, that's the price you pay for poor treatment of loyal customers.

Payment method is a nightmare
Every time I change the payment method on an order the app empties my cart, but still sends me 5 emails saying I need to pay for my order. It's a hassle to restart my cart every time I switch payment methods.

I am very disappointed with Superbalist. I made a purchase for sneakers and was informed that my order was estimated to arrive on February 24, 2025. However, I later discovered that the order had been canceled. I never received a call from the delivery service, yet I'm now being told that their delivery person couldn't reach me. The most frustrating part is that I can only receive my refund after five days. I bought those sneakers because I need them as soon as possible
