When I ordered from them they mixed up my order and sent it to the wrong branch. When I tried contacting them numerous times (6 times) none of the people were helpful and they all said they would email me more information but none of them actually did. The customer service is shocking. Even after I told them I needed my order urgently none of them could help me and my order arrived after I left the country

Ordered shoes, They brought the wrong size,logged an exchange, they packed the same shoes and returned them to me 3 times from 1 January till 23 January I was busy returning those shoes and they give me the same wrong size again
