I ordered a pair of expensive shoes through Superbalist, and Takealot delivered them to the wrong address. This happened over 10 days ago now and every time I call to see what is happening with my refund, their update is the same "we have escalated this with the branch manager and they are waiting for the driver to go collect the shoes". I have asked for my refund multiple times now, and nothing is being done. No one is helping, and the customer service is shocking!

Lately Superbalist has been dropping the ball, they have been sending me wrong size and length of either jeans or trousers, on the app it clearly states the size and length of either jeans or pants ordered, only to receive a different size and length. please improve due diligence and verifying of correct items are being shipped to customers.

Delivery
Why is it that we could always rely on Superbalist quick and efficient delivery. Now if we want to receive our orders NOT EVEN in 2 days but still a week we have to pay an Extra delivery fee!!! This is so unacceptable. I have been a Superbalist online shopper for years and find this really disappointing.

You can’t change the address
The system changed my address for the address I haven't used in 6 years. I stay 800km away and they couldn't even try to fix it.

Bad service
Superbalist has taken a turn for the worse. My order was sent to the wrong store, ( which I mean okay, mistakes happen) and I was suppose to receive my order Monday. Okay cool, new estimated date is now Wednesday, Wednesday comes I get a email telling me to get my items ready for the return (keeping in mind I haven't received it yet so the heck would I return it🙈). I ask the agent if he can contact the store and get some details today as to when I'm going to receive it or if I should request a refund and find alternative clothes for the special day. “I'm sorry, but I can only email them and wait for 24 hours”. Also I asked for a reference number for the call so I could follow up, they don't use reference numbers. I asked for the agents full name as an alternative he said they can't provide it for safety reasons. So I just need to call again and repeat my whole story 🙈. My friend ordered clothes last week for her niece and received adult shoes. Still hasn't received her refund. Safe to say I'll think a million times before ordering from Superbalist again.
