Great app for the price
I love the format of the sweat app, there are plenty of programs to choose from. My only complaint is they add new programs more often vs more weeks to existing ones. Be great if they had 1 year programs to follow vs just 12 or 16 weeks.

Okay - disappointed in the app
The workouts are good and it's great seeing how the workout should be done. However, I use an iPad for those workouts and the app will not transition to horizontal when I stand it up on its side. Very disappointing.

Can’t enter app without paying??
I'm happy to change my rating if someone can inform me otherwise, but given that I used the free trial *3 years ago* it is not letting me go past the subscription page unless I pay. Ironically I was prepared to pay for the app but won't do it without at least being able to see the different programs. Super disappointed

More than one programme at a time please!
I love the app! I love that there is no annoying commentary and it syncs with Spotify and the progression - but I wish you could do more than one programme at a time. It's so annoying!! Please can you change!

App fantastica!
I have been using the app for a year and I have to say that the workouts are effective, the only flaw is that there are only 2 Pilates programs (I am referring to those of Sara Colquhon) .. once those are finished there are no other pilates workouts to choose from ☹️

Great! Put the recipes in Spanish like before
I've been using it for years. The annual plan is worth it because it costs you 10 euros a month, which is more than you spend going out to dinner. The exercises are ultra-detailed, with the material you have, the one you don't have. It works perfectly with the Apple Watch. What I don't understand is that one of the latest updates used to organize the recipes by days of the week, it put all the meals for that day and even a shopping list with what you needed to do the diet and now suddenly all the recipes come out in English and by meals, not by days. Before, for 10 euros (annual plan) or 20 euros (monthly plan) you had diet and exercise. Now with the same exercise I can only use the exercise part.

Allow more than 1 program
It would be nice to be able to allow more than one program selection. It's really annoying to track and go back and forth between two programs (e.g., one strength and one yoga)

Need more control over settings/ timers
Really annoying that the workouts breeze through some movements that require setup. It's hard to secure/ commandeer lots of equipment if you use a busy gym and other people are waiting for equipment. Also I get so frustrated trying to see how to do something if it's the first exercise and you cant pause and just watch the model for a second.

Only App I use
I have been using this app since Covid. I changed programs and I like this one too. I just wish you could use 2 programs at the same time and that there was a band only program. At 65 I need more low key options for home workouts.
