what happened??
Used to be a great app. Now it has painfully slow loading issues moving throughout the app. I tried deleting and redownloading, same problems. On WiFi , not on WiFi. Other apps work just fine. I really loved this app previously.

Impossible to cancel membership
Went to the help section, it literally says make sure you follow all the steps. What are the steps? Tried to log in on my computer, literally takes me to a work out that I can't cancel out of. Awful app and no way to get help

Updates cause app to crash
Was great until the recent update (I use an iPhone). App keeps on crashing and closes automatically- over 20 times during one workout this week. I stopped turning a workout on just so I could listen to music in the hope that this would help- it didn't. What happened in the last update???!?

Very complete
I find that it is a very complete app that certainly manages to meet everyone's needs too bad that you can not follow two different types of training at the same time.

No option for metric values
Great app but would be made better if you could switch to metric values. Having to convert values constantly is time consuming.

Headache to set up
There is no 7 day free trial for the yearly plan like the website shows. Paid on the website but it doesn't translate the free trial when you actually download the app. Had to create multiple accounts with multiple emails and pay multiple times just to get up and going. No way to manage the account online so now have to call my credit card company to flag for charges. What should have been a quick and easy sign up has taken 40 minutes and now I just want to cancel the whole thing. Also, the videos aren't available to watch from your computer. You have to use your phone. Just inconvenient to not have the option.

Great, but could be better
I have been using this app for years and love the variety of programs and level of instruction. However, there's a big piece missing that has surprisingly not been added after so many years in existence. PLEASE add the ability to go BACKWARDS between sections in a workout. I have accidentally hit the “next” button so many times and have had to completely end the workout, restart it, and skip multiple sections to get to the part I accidentally skipped. Now imagine this happening multiple times in one session. It's extremely frustrating and I don't think it's a big feature to add. Would also love to see better high-level information on each program so you can quickly figure which program best suits your needs. For example, if you want a no equipment program with x minutes per session to build muscle, there should be filters to narrow down the programs that meet these needs. Right now you have to scroll through like 30 programs and read each description, remember all that information and hope you picked the best one. Other than these grievances, the app is otherwise great and has helped me a lot in my fitness journey.

Love it
I love the diverse training options on this app and the continuous trainings that are incoming. It is a shame though that sweat is not cooperating with apple watch when it comes to counting calorie burn. Wish that would be fixed. Also the app doesn't work on my new apple tv :(
