Scam website
I am trying to delete my account but the app and website won't let me proceed to do so without activating a subscription. You end up in an endless loop trying to get to your profile. Avoid this company!

Not great and unreliable
The app was always very glitchy and only always you to be on one programme at the time. If you want to be working at home and at the gym on different days, for one of the locations you have to pick up a random workout routine instead of having something solid. But my biggest issues with it is that on almost every workout the app will have same exercise for two or three strength laps which makes no sense to anyone. If I was trying to substitute one of the exercises for one circuit, it will automatically change all the three laps to the same exercise by mistake. I contacted their customer support and they advised me to switch off the automatic substitution on the app. But the issue remained, therefore not the app for me. Imagine you are in the gym and running a programme, when the app gives you 9-12 sets of biceps curls and that's your workout.

I like the program and the classes. But I can't do it yet. I got charged for next year. I wanted to cancel it. I e-mailed support, and Michelle replied. I sent her the screenshot I requested and she hasn't said a word for two days. How can I get my money back? The support of the app is weak 🙁

Great workouts terrible app
I've followed Kayla and SWEAT from BBG 1.0 PDF to getting the app when it first came out. However over the last year I have struggled terrible with the app! For some reason it can take up to a minute to open or will shut down during a workout. I took my phone into the apple shop and they said it's not my phone. I wrote a post on community but only a couple of other people said they had the same issue! It is so frustrating when you are in a hurry or in the middle of a workout! Please tell me how to fix this!

Fantastic app, but it glitches when scheduling workouts. It duplicates the workout, and then when you delete the unscheduled workout, it deletes both workouts.

Using the Sweat app makes my Pixel 6 crash and puts the phone in a bootloop. I've tried updating the app and the phone's software. Doesn't help.

Free trial misleading
I signed up for a 7-day free trial one year ago and it didn't suit me so stopped using it. Without warning, ONE YEAR later, I've been charged for an annual subscription. I hope to receive a refund as I have submitted a request but this is just a warning to other consumers about the misleading info when signing up. If you sign up for a 7-day trial, you would expect to be charged or at least warned in 7-days if you've forgotten to cancel… not in one year!

Best workout app available!!!
I absolutely love this app. Ive been using SWEAT for years and I truly believe it's the best workout app available. The programs are fantastic and the app itself is so easy to navigate and intuitive. I constantly get asked by other women what app I'm using at the gym. I'll use the SWEAT app for forever! That said, there are definitely couple of upgrades that would really elevate the app. It would be so helpful to have weight recommendations based on the exercise or your history and even have those build over the course of the program. It would also be awesome to one day have a cross-training program for runners and even have specific plans for races, like 5k, 10k, half marathon, etc.! I would also like to be able to log weights or take notes on exercises even if the movement didn't include weights but I just felt like adding them. I've noticed many times I'm not able to log weights even if the exercise calls for dumbbells.
