Increased subscription fees aren't reasonable. It used to be more logic. I kindly request reconsidering fees. The app is good overall.

Almost what I wanted!
I almost love this! I can't use YouTube music with it so it resulted in me switching screens on my phone so many times it made me dizzy, plus using my watch to set timers. If there was a way I could just see all the exercises and tick the entire workout as complete I would totally subscribe.

Great content, but disappointing for iPad users
Just downloaded the app and took a 1-year subscription but was surprised to find out the app doesn't support horizontal mode on iPad. I usually set up my iPad with my mat for my at home workouts, so only being able to use my phone isn't ideal. Would love to see this added in a future update, it feels like a basic feature you should be able to expect from such a well-established app.

I liked more the daily food plan than how it is displayed now by types of meals. It was very nice to check the recommendations per day for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner...

Only App I use
I have been using this app since Covid. I changed programs and I like this one too. I just wish you could use 2 programs at the same time and that there was a band only program. At 65 I need more low key options for home workouts. Can you please come up with a band workout program only? I feel like I ask this all the time

No CS only chat bots
There is literally no customer support. I wanted to ask some questions and can only talk to a chatbot that is the worst customer service chatbot I've encountered. Trying to talk to a human takes 2/3 business days. For 25 euros a month, it is ridiculous they don't even have a proper place to quickly work through problems with the app. I've spent my entire free trial not being able to use it properly. This app screams ‘we are trying to make money with as little effort as possible'

Great but long needed update
I love the content of this app, I've been a user for a few years. However, please PLEASE make the app so the screen rotates to both landscape and portrait mode. I've submitted this feedback in the past. It only allows portrait mode, and most iPad stands are landscape, making it difficult to use this app on my iPad. 🙏🏻

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
