Works well and is reliable. I find it a bit confusing to find historical payments. Lacks the ability to log in with Bankid on another device.

So many bugs
The app has maintenance several times a month which means you can't use services, the wrong amount is shown on accounts and holdings. Right now I can't move money between accounts. Nothing happens when I click the buttons. I also have Handelsbanken and have never had any problems there at all. It's probably time to stop using Swedbank completely. I've also been in customer service several times due to bugs/errors in the app and it's always such a waste of time and energy.

Spammed with "suggestions" that flood my simple feed. I selected a simple feed and was, instead, given an army of Jehovas witnesses lined up, ready to waste my time

Advertising app rather than banking app. Overloaded with advertising for services to the point that I lose track of my finances. Absolutely crazy that they force customers to pay for their services too. Changing banks because of this.

Its the worst bank in the world. 350 kronor to transfer 100 kronor to an international account. Aloud full access to your account to any instance and close your bankcard when you work on the sea. Just nasty people. I understand peoples anger against them. Most illojal bank i ever had. And when making a transfer overseas they play with your money for three days then charge you 35€ gor the transfer. The delay is called banklimbo they steal your interests

For a few months now I have been receiving an error message stating that the transfer or payment has an unknown error. However, when I press try again, the payment goes through regardless of the new error message.

With our app you can manage your everyday banking whenever  and wherever you want. You can, among other things,  check your balance without logging in, do a quick transfer between accounts and OCR-scan your invoices. The app will help you: 
-      Order or renew Mobile BankID
-	Overview your loans
-	Calculate and apply for a new loan
-	'Shake your balance' without logging in
-	Manage your savings
-	Send and receive messages from the bank
-	Manage and change your recurring subscriptions via 'abonnemangshjälpen' (subscription helper)
-	Pay your bills with the help the OCR scanner
-	Create a new savings goal 
-	Top up you pre-paid phone card
-	Receive push notifications directly to your phone – you choose which push notifications you want to activate. 
The easiest way to log in is to use Mobile Bank ID. 
Do you want to manage your errands in English? Our App is now available in English, we kindly refer you change your language settings on your device in order to receive the English version.
