Your charges for delivery is so high. Sometimes you don't deliver on time but you showed that you delivered it. So it's ok to be true if you are delivering in 20 min that's ok.

It always spoiled my mood by not sending my food. They always have problem either with delivery partner or with restaurants or what so ever. I will prefer to die starving, but will never going to order from such bakwaaaassssss app

What is the delivery ever asked for
Me and my friend are being ordering food for my organisation for work purpose, and we also had a town hall which are coming up this weekend and also for the next month every time I have ordered. I see that there is a delay in delivering the order and rating. You guys very bad because whenever customer care people just that is of no use. If a customer is telling something which is genuine, you can also check it from your end. You people are least bother to respond, and new people always asked me to write an email. Assistance when we have paid our hard earned money and when to return the food as it was delivered in a cold condition and get the amount you people are not even responding, shame on you guys is the best among for delivering and managing people I am ensuring that tomorrow I'll go to office and ask her to write the same on Swiggy application and insta mart, you can expect 2 to 3000 people writing the bad reviews

Misleading customers and deducting money
I Ordered food and it was never delivered. Tried customer support and as per their convenience they cancelled the order and In turn took a cancellation fees! Pathetic service. Pathetic customer support.

delayed ordered
it's harassing how the company from past few months is delaying my orders, i am a student and i can have food in between my classes / in my breaks , the show the time it will be delivered is example 9:20 but the order will be coming by 10:00 , the app is not reliable , i tried contacting their customer service, the say they cant help with this , IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR FOOD ON TIME THAN DO NOT ORDER FROM SWIGGY ITS JUST UNRELIABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND GOD FORBIT IF YOU PAY VIA UPI WHILE ORDERING , THEY WILL CHARGE 100% CANCILLATION FEE , JUST DONT HAVE WORDS TO EXPLAIN HOW THIS MISERABLY HAD ME CRYING FOR THE FOOD I ORDERED AND FOR MY OWN MONEY , WASTE OF MONEY TIME AND ON TOP OF ALL MENTAL PEACE
