Very Bad Service
The support team is only focused on rating. They don't care about the customer, and I have recently faced the issue where the restaurant delivered the parcel and again They delivered the parcel to the Swiggy guy was a duplicate delivery, and instead of helping customer, Swiggy people put cancellation charges on them very bad

Scam Company-Misleading and cheaters with pathetic customer-care
The “black” on time delivery is a scam, when they are late they just mark it delivered and then claim that it was on time. Plus their customer care is very unprofessional and misbehaving.

Disappointed with the new policy of 100 percent payment even if we order the wrong item
Okay till now I was satisfied with the app and the delivery but I don't know what happened but ya'll are going insane you all are forcing us to receive the order and if we want to cancel you are asking for a 100 percent refund that's not done you just lost a loyal customer with this policy and I would have given 1 star but I gave 2 cause plus 1 for the past usage of the app otherwise it now deserves 1

Extremely disappointed- unsafe food and poor customer service
Swiggy has completely failed in ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. I received a contaminated order that could have been a serious health hazard. Despite reporting the issue, Swiggy refused to take responsibility or offer any refund. Instead, they suggested I rate the restaurant and file a complaint with FSSAI – shifting the burden entirely onto the customer. As a platform, it's Swiggy's responsibility to ensure the quality of food being delivered. If the food isn't safe, who is accountable? This kind of response shows a complete lack of concern for customer well-being. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I've uninstalled the app and will never use Swiggy again. If you value your health and good service, I suggest you look elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable!
