The payment option never works. I hit Google pay, and it does nothing. Attempt to add a card and no keypad presents itself. I don't eat taco bell often but this issue has presented itself the last few times I have tried. If the app doesn't work I don't order in person, I just leave.

Im in Burke and it selects a store in Arlington 16 miles away instead of the one 1 mile away. I realize this not even 1 minute after ordering and they to cancel the order and it can't. So now I waste 45 minutes and gas to go to the wrong location or just place another order here. Would rate it 0 stars if I could

Garbage app. They lure you into downloading the app for the "deals", but they don't even give you the damn deals because of a "payment" issue. It's all just a ploy to download the app! Uninstalled. 🗑️

Trash. Won't accept credit or debit on Apple or Android since yesterday. Seems to be willing to accept Apple / Google pay (trying to avoid card network fees at my expense?) but I'm not ever using those.

This app is awful. I used it to make a $60 delivery order and it was missing multiple items, which is the stores fault, but you can't request a refund only leave "feedback"which according to multiple people across social media, they never follow up or issue refunds.

I put my mobil order in then when I go to check-out, totally kicks me out of the entire app. Like it shuts down. So whoever is fixing the "bugs" is useless. I can't even order online bc it takes me to my app. And if I change that I can't use my coupons from my app so this stinks for real and there is no resolve whatsoever. I'm out of here as far as even ordering delivery from Taco Bell! I don't even want taco bell ever again. It made me so mad. I was on a time crunch and it screwed that up too.

Awful, I was able to successfully order once. I only got it because I ran into issues ordering online. Tells me either my order has ineligible items or my cart is empty when it clearly isn't. Quite frustrating
