Clunky, unresponsive, and mixed with terrible "promos"/prices. Do yourself a favor and get food literally anywhere else. Make yourself a sandwich at home.

If the mobile app doesn't work you can't use a digital gift card even if you have the card & pin. There stores are not equipped to manually punch in the card or scan the digital bar code. Such a waste of time

Your reward section is glitching. I have zero out of -1 points. Sometimes my rewards show and sometimes they don't. The $1 Tuesday drop I just claimed is not showing and it's been 5 minutes. I've opened and closed the app several times. All the problems keep repeating.

It seems like the most you use this app the more glitchy it gets. The low reviews consists of people who have had a profile and have ordered with this app for quite some time. At first, the app wasn't a problem for me but over time i started to run into some issues with check out and trying to order my food. The people who don't have a problem with this app yet are new users or they haven't used it enough for it to start acting glitchy.

The checkout screen never loaded or confirmed my order, my card was charged four times for the same order, and the restaurant never received the order. I wasted 45 minutes trying to order through this app, paid 60 bucks, and left with no food. I was reimbursed, but still, that's terrible.

They no longer allow swaping sauces. Despite almost all of them being 60 cents.

I tried to order off of the app and it said my payment didn't go through on the app but it took the money out of my account I'm not going to use this app until that is fixed
