Forgot password not responding
The "Forgot password" option doesn't respond, it doesn't seem to be an official button. Unfortunately, I can't get into the app any other way. The option isn't available via the browser either.

OK for customer card and coupons - shop function catastrophic, takes forever to load - app then crashes constantly - size information not consistent Example jeans L32 /W 32 in the app only 32!? If phone settings are set to large, buttons like next and close cannot be used

Bad quality and long delivery time! I am very disappointed with my order here. Although I paid over 200 euros for the children's clothing, the quality was absolutely inadequate. After wearing it for the first time, many items of clothing showed significant surface changes. The fabric seemed rough, quickly lost its smooth shape and looked worn after a short time. In addition, the delivery took far too long - around two to three weeks! Absolutely bad quality

Good support
After my first review, I was asked to contact support. For reasons unknown, there was a problem with my account. So it was deleted. I had to log in again. Now it seems to be working. Hence 3 stars for now. This shouldn't really happen. First review: Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me. It displays "Hello {{var1}}". Something is programmed incorrectly. I have an iPhone 15 pro Max with the latest IOS.
