i dont know why everytime i make an order.. they proceed with the order and then cancel it for being out of reach although i pinned the address correctly. moreover restaurants on the app calls for me to cancel the order from my side instead of they contacting talabat to cancel it. very unprofessional

Very bad experience with Talabat, despite using it for over three years! Yesterday, I placed an order at 6:15 PM and waited until 8:45 PM. Then, out of nowhere, I got a refund!! I can't write all the details because I reached the writing limit!! BUT IAM VERY ANGRY!!!!!!

The worst service ever, I've been charged twice with credit card. never pay this app with your credit card. they stole your money. and there's no way to contact them. they're invisible.

Talabat for groceries is a joke. Customer service is unreachable to fix issues. I was charged for an item that wasn't received, had several items replaced with no prior notification. Could only report the missing item, which did nothing. Nobody followed up, item was not delivered, neither was I refunded. I don't know if they expect people to only pay in cash and hold the delivery driver hostage until they verify the order has been sent as ordered, or how they're planning to operate without CS.

The worst app and delivery ever, I ordered from Allo Beirut which is 500 meters away from me it took the order 1 hour and 15 minutes to come, and the food was cold, because Talabat decided to give the driver many orders and when I went to chat with them it's 5 minutes to load the AI to chat with me and even then nothing changed, uninstalling the app is the best decision

Very worst service! 2 prices were showing of a product (old n new). I selected the product but during check out old price(highier) was showing. Spoke to agent who removed new price(reduced one) from the list and asked me to pay the higher price which is insane. Talabat doesnt want to lose money n also doesnt accept their fault and the time wasted by an customer.

After what's happened with me it deserve 0 stars while preparing for ramadan have ordered a meal but it's 5 am and I don't receive my order while tomorrow I will be fasting I have been waiting for 2 hours finally no food
