They are now taking 5% fee on the total price , so as more as you order as more as you pay , which is completely bad because they should just take delivery charge and that's the idea of the app, why they are doing this ? And as well they still take commission from the restaurant it self so In The end this app is the most one who makes Winn because he takes like 20 % from the shop or restaurant+ 5 % from the customer + a delivery fee , wo he takes like 30% if the total price , that's crazy

I ordered some Items from Lulu through Talabat, but while receiving two items missing. I have raised the complaint but until now I didn't received any calls or reply from Talabat. Seriously in this case how we can trust the online order. We just need a proper assistance or direct Helpline.
