Worst experience on any delivery app ever. They have A LOT of glitches and their customer service is basically useless So I do not recommend to anyone unless you like losing money aimlessly

The payment is not secure, I paid for my order, and the amount was deducted, yet the order was declined, I contacted the support, and they refused to get the order out for delivery and asked me to wait for a week to get a refund or make a new order and pay again for my order, I am waiting to get my refund and I am surely deleting the app as it's not my first incident I paid before for an order and There was many missing items so it's a waste of money. Thank you for being the worst service ever !

I have used this and it is convenient. But I don't find anymore the option to use it as "guest", and it now requires registration and login. For me it is a huge "no". There are plenty other choices in delivery networks and apps. Removing existing options has never been a good indicator for customer convenience. Never will.

Worst customer service ever !! After delivering my food to my neighbors, I spent half an hour trying to convince them that food was not delivered. When I informed them that I found my food, it was delivered next door and I want a refund because I found it after 40 min and it was cold, they refused saying that once you have the food we don't do refund. I deleted the app !! Never again on talabat Careem are providing better service and they are way more professional.

Always delay in talabat mart orders (more than 1 hour)or any other items other than restaurant orders. When i call customer service to complain about the delay the answer is always we will make sure that this never happen again and guess what it happens again.
