SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE Everytime you ask for an update about your refund, DIFFERENT AGENTS will reply to you and you have to start all over again explaining what the issue is. As if dont track the complaints. Always escalating to a higher department but never solve the issue. its very easy for them to charge payment but you have to beg them for refund, ridiculous .

For some reason, I'm unable to access the reviews page for restaurants anymore, a very dishonest tactic, it's not like I don't get my fair share of awful food after reading them, now it will happen more often, and right after I subscribed to talabat pro too, this will definitely be my last month

The app isn't allowing me to save my debit card information, so I have to enter it every time I place an order. Currently even though my details are correct, it's consistently declining my payment.
