App stopped working
For days now the app has suddenly stopped loading. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still freezes upon login. I will have to switch banks if this doesn't get fixed ASAP.

Using check-in is extremely frustrating the ai responsible for taking photo is contradictory telling you both to get closer and back up at the same time and also stating the room is both too bright and dark.

Downloaded everything and the promo offers never showed up. All they show is the 0.3 % and not the promotional offer. How do you trust a online company that offers 4.5 % for 5 months on a saving account but doesn't show it anywhere where in the savings account. Your lose

They now impose holds on my deposits
I've had an account for years and never had any hold on any of my deposits. Then, out of nowhere, they imposed a five business day hold, and no matter what I do, they won't remove it. It erases all of the convenience of Tangerine so that now I'm looking for alternatives to leave this bank.

I've had 3 cards in the past 3 months, and they still haven't fixed the issue. Terrible and the employees don't seem to have any idea how to actually fix any problems you have.

Update February 2025 Bill Payment pending transactions set in advance disapper one day before they become effective. This has confused me several times, thinking I forgot to set it up. Sometimes if I try to set it again a message appears that a similar payment is already setup even is not listed , but in other occasions it allows me. I end with a duplicated payment tangerine does not allow to delete or recall before 10pm on payment date. Old 2022 I can no longer open pdf statements.

After years of excellent service, last few years service quality has plummeted. Average wait time to talk to someone is 1.5 hours, even if your having problems with a credit card purchase (which is common). Unable to resolve some issues at all with online purchases. Seriously considering moving banks even though have been with them for nearly 25 years. Can't use a virtual bank if you can't get a hold of them and they can't get online transactions correct.
