There are some nice functions, like ordering pickup, having a digital wallet; but the UI is a clunky & doing should be simple tasks like gift registries, sending items to others, etc. is painful. My least favorite thing on both Targets website & app is them showing you items you can't even buy, it is infuriating! I don't want to see these items & they shouldn't be top suggestions if you can't even purchase them, this is a simple flaw in their database allowing those to show up in serches.

Completely regretting getting the target 360! App designed to practically badger you into tipping! It will not let you skip or exit out of the review for the driver. If you try to review, it goes right into tipping options with no option to exit and continue to the app. You have to literally close out the app and reopen. The worst part is that the same review keeps popping up every day! I'd rather they charge more for the service annual fee instead of trying to get their customers to tip!!

I recently purchased an online product with them, and they gave me one item. I'm tired of seeing items locked up for no reason, and it's not warm and welcoming to shop with Target in person or online. This company is a disgrace, and they are just a glamorous Walmart. They deserve less than two stars, but I cannot edit it.

Allows too many bots to order things. No two-factor authentication of any kind. Needs a real person verification when ordering things online and in app.

I miss the old version this app becoming worthless not much prices in stores and you have to compare prices and deal with nasty employees wish they are so lasy and disgusting when you bring up the difference in check out super despointed to use this app and shop with target stores so low quality and high priced for garbage 🗑 😢.

The APP is actually the best. I gave 54 stars because I did not get the target cycle rewards that I was supposed to get. I felt like being manipulated because it was buying $300 to get $30.

The app sucks. Target Redcard sucks even more. I suffered through it bc I liked how Target became more inclusive over the years. Now, Target is ending their DEI program and their partnerships with businesses owned by POC, women, the LGBTQ, veterans, and people with disabilities? Disgusting and cowardly. I'll take my money elsewhere. Also, I'll be canceling my Redcard and leaving detailed reviews everywhere of how that was genuinely the worst credit card experience I've ever had! Good riddance.
