Horrible service
First of all the app takes its sweet time to load anything, but then it resets any current chat with customer cervices and you'd need to chat with them as the app won't update the payment you did even though they clearly got the money as reflected in the payment history and your bank statement. you are better off not using it at all as it's just going to try to sell you other credit services Horrible experience

Horror, why do you constantly write to me on Viber, if you do not give foreigners with an eGN and a permanent job the opportunity to register and use the services of a bank? PS You are not correct in writing to me that the services of a bank can be provided to anyone with a valid document for residence in Bulgaria. I have screenshots with a response from the bank that services can only be provided to people with a Bulgarian identity card and not with a permanent residence card.

Lots of bugs. Don't waste your time using the app.
There is hardly a more buggy application. When top-up is used, the money is supposed to be received instantly, but it takes days. Payments to the shopping limit are not reflected anywhere - the money simply disappears and it is not possible to track when and what you paid. Statements on the shopping limit are not available and appear after months, but again without the amounts to be repaid by day. This cannot be a bank. It is frivolous. I wrote to you several times to the email you provided - to no avail. And the fact that you communicate with your customers in "you" is, to put it mildly, disrespectful!

In the end, you don't change..I have received things from you worth over 4000 euros, I pay my installments 10 and 20 days in advance...I canceled a contract with installments and while I was waiting for you to return the amount, you arbitrarily and without asking me, you deducted the amount from another contract and if I didn't tell you, it's nothing. Nice behavior towards your customers and me who have not delayed you even 10 cents and always pay earlier...well done, in the end, you deserve only to be yelled at.
