The worst app and bank in existence. If you get your pin wrong even once it locks you out and forces you to verify your face and ID by video. This has happened to me 5 times already. They are harvesting your personal data.

Manipulations and lies! Customer service provides me with false information that my Shopping Limit is active. But it has been blocked from September onwards. No payments and transactions are recorded as history. Complete lack of organization in TBI bank. Different customer service staff different information will tell you.

A very problematic application that is unacceptable when you need to manage funds. For every second operation, I have to call the bank or write messages. It's a pity because the bank tries to offer competitive services.
