terrible system lagging game lag worst of all it takes you to unsecured networks and websites that are fishing for information passwords more than likely hackers

I have played this for a few years. Maybe that's why they cut me off lol. often I don't get new games but when I do for some reason the app won't allow me to play games hmmm. also I emailed them and I'm getting nothing done about it. but last time I googled reviewed it. I got a immediate response. so imma try it again....lol

the app is not loading games. I have tried for several days now and still not working. I like this app but if I can't play games I will have to uninstall it and I really don't want to do that. please fix the app.

The app won't open any of the games since I updated the tapchamps app I press the play now button in every game but all they do is load for awhile then go back to play now so it not letting me get any earnings or its not tracking the progress what going on and before u say email us at supporttap I already did before posting this so please don't say that

Every time I install a game to play it, then come back in it through the app it doesn't go to the game it just loads, and then nothing happens 😒 so I can't earn points

I can't reopen a game to play. I have to keep uninstalling and starting over, so I can't ever get higher in levels. I used to like this app, but it having problems and I'm not getting help and one time I order a gift card and it Never was sent to me.

Doesn't track game play. Installed apps successfully through Tapchamps and play game through the app. Allow all appropriate permissions and nothing. No points no progress except the tapchamps that displays over the app stays even after I exit game and makes it so I can't click on the entire top half of my screen. Want the weather? Nope tapchamps is in the way. I have to force stop it. Uninstalled. Waste of time, frustrating, and seems like a scam.
