too many pop up ads, data sucker
this was a great app for years. now every time you open it you are flooded with pop up upgrade offers and ads. on top of that when it runs in the background it sucked up almost 1gb in a month!

Cannot create an account and cannot login into the account despite the invitation that came to my email. There is no support or contact info at ALL.

DON’T PAY EXTRA for TeamSnap
You know how casinos make it so that while you're in there, you can't figure out what time of day it is and they sort of hide the exits which makes it harder to leave so that they can take more of your money? That's kind of how TeamSnap is. Once you give them a credit card, you can never remove that credit card from your account. And if you make the mistake of signing up and paying for some extra feature, they will keep billing you over and over again until you happen to get lucky and find the place on their website where you can cancel your subscription. GameChanger has all the same features and you can livestream, so I think the only reason why people still use TeamSnap is because they were the first and people don't know that there are better team management solutions out there.

Too many notifications
Time to move to the next app no settings that allow game notifications but not get 10 others in a day. The response doesn't address the issue. You can only decide to receive no notifications or you start to get unwanted ones with the desired team updates.

Terrible app with gaps in features between channels (i.e. Web vs Android) and very intrusive ads, including full screen ones that pop up in the middle of doing something in the app and blocking navigation. We are forced to use it by the team organizers, but definitely don't recommend for new teams to be using it. The user experience as a team member is horrible.

The most horrible annoying app
I have used this app for years because it's the only way I can get any information on my son‘s sport teams. The coach has sent me emails to join this app and I have not received them. The app will not find the emails and say they have not been sent. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. I've tried a different email address to set it up. Nothing works then tonight I get an email from TeamSnap about an upcoming event. Still not able to log on.

Never had an issue before this, but logged out to try to log back in to refresh updates to teams added. Club administrator shows my account added to the teams, but app is making be create a new account with the same email address. Now it won't let me access anything with the new account.
