Scam site. DO NOT YRUST THESE VON ARTIST
Went to make a rental car (truck) booking with Dollar Rent a car. PriceLine site informed me that I had to pay the minimum car rental insurance fee up front which was $26 so I used my card to pay for the insurance PriceLine required. It was a scam. Dollar does not required or have any connection to 3rd party Car insurance scams. Dollar never received any booking reservation, didn't have the vehicle available when we arrived and told us we would have to buy insurance through them because they had never heard of the PriceLine insurance scam Site. They pretended to make an effort to refund me money but after numerous complaints and request I got nothing. Boycott PriceLine.

my beef isn't with priceline. It's with AddCar car rental. it's off airport site, no one would answer the phone to assist in icking up the car until I left messages threatening to sue. Too hard to find the company to return the car. And again, it wasn't until i left a message saying i was going to leave the car at a local police station because I couldn't find them, that they called me back.The car was fine though.

Scheduled a roundtrip leaving and arriving at same destinations and they rescheduled flights that overlapped and are missing a whole flight that departs 4hours away from where we originally paid for departure. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANSWES not via textt or penny or their phone. As soon as I say customer service they cut me off and I have had zero replies. The people traveling are disabled and will completely lose thousands of dollars due to Priceline.

Priceline often has the best prices and the service is great. But if I'm gonna rate the application... It works, but it sends way too many notifications, even when preferences are set to "required only".
