Priceline was fast to book my 2 night stay and charge my card.....never made the reservation with the hotel....lied to me repeatedly over the course of my 2 hour nightmare customer lack of service call in the parking lot of a hotel they would not let me in and swears that Priceline never contacted them or tried to help us at all

Express deal coupon via app
I downloaded app for express purpose of using a 15% coupon on express deals that they emailed me. When I chose “choose room” it ended up spinning forever, then the screen app went away. No place to enter coupon code ever came up. Customer service refused to do anything about the (max $50) 15% off I should have received. This was my entire reason for using express and downloading app. The app also erased the fact that I had chosen a 17 year old child with the 2 adults. Not crazy about app so don't force ppl to use it to get coupon code to take.

one of the most horrible experiences ever!! I used priceline for years, now with a hotel reservation in ventura county and a sickness / cancelation that got me nowhere. 4 times I contact them, not able to get a refund, or partial refund... they lost my business!! if you can, do your self's a favor, avoid dealing with them, an unnecessary headache, their policy does not cover cancelations because of sickness.... HORRIBLE!!

Customer service is horrible
Booked an express deal, it was at clarion McAllen, the room was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, mold at the mattresses, falling curtains, paint falling from the ceiling, no lights, locks not working, I requested another room and it was even worst, contacted customer service multiple times, and the answer from Melanie E , was that they could do a refund, even after looking at the pictures. Look for other options, since they don't review the hotels and rely only of pictures submitted by the hotels that are a complete scam.

WARNIN I reserved at the Red Roof in Dansville,Pa. I checked in, and the clerk warned me, "During the week, the water will be shut for 1 to 2 hours a day. I asked, what time will this be. She responded, she had no idea."" I asked her, "What if I'm taking a shower and the water goes off? She said, "I'll bring you water so you can rinse off." I was in shock! I COMPLAINED "I paid for water to be working. she said, then I'll put you as cancelation. I hope they don't charge me.

I couldn't be anymore unsatisfied with the customer service & their "price guarantee!!!" after nearly 45 minutes, and a representative who couldn't find the same deal I was currently looking at while on the phone with her, I was told to submit a claim showing screenshots of the lesser price for further examination! after submitting the screenshots I receive an email almost immediately stating the screenshots are missing how many guests will be staying...U CAN'T BECAUSE IT WON'T ALLOW IT!

The clerk @ Clarion Pointe in Savannah refused to accept my deposit, costing me the lost expenses four (4) hour trip, with a "booked" two (1) day stay with my fiance & two (2) black children in the car. Priceline heard him say," I Don't Carw what You Do."
