I'd give it a zero if it was an option, when booking beware that you purchase one thing and they slyly give you something different. When you call you get passed around to call center people working in the Philippines. I promise .. run don't walk away.

I have been a priceline vip customer for 8 years But they are the worst ever I was traveling and something happened ( missed my flight) I called 100 times I spend $130 on phone card (I was in Africa) They kept hanging of Just when I said what's going on Everyone passed me to another one I took $130 and I wasted 6 hours of my time After that night BO MORE THIRD PARTY NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!!

Great deal on a room but be careful. if you pay 53$ for a room you get a 53$ room. we stayed at a days inn in Albuquerque that was horrible. it was 28° that night and our room had no heat. holes in the floor and ceiling. I understand that priceline doesn't know these things and the price was great. room was garbage!

booked a car rental, except the car place didn't have any rental cars. then, Priceline was trying to say I would get no refund and had to pay for my reservation that isn't there? they did refund, but then tried to charge me $40 for insurance that I couldn't use. So, check with the rental places and hotels BEFORE booking through Priceline. I only wasted $40 on Uber to the rental spot. can't imagine if your hotel was actually booked already and you don't find out till you get there.
